Tootsies Diner — Restaurant in Penticton

Was looking for breakfast and found it in an unusual spot as some would say "a hidden gem" just up from mcdonalds this beautiful little place exists! Rumour has it that a lot of the locals keep it secret! Up in the industrial park area there is this great monday to friday restaraunt they serve breakfasts and lunches we were specifically out searching aimlessly for breakfast and so glad we found this place ..... seriously!!! Perfectly basted eggs and now im gonna talk about the bacon "that bacon" it honestly was the greatest perfectly cooked,flavorful bacon ive ever had! Not even joking you can let me know if you ever hit this place up please respond cause i was either starving to death orthid bacon was melt in your mouth delicious!! We got shredded hashbrowns and they were super good ... you can get cubed! Anyway honestly an awesome place and the interior was beautiful took me back in time and kept us busy looking at all the memorabilia... hope you google it and...

I have to say I've left a few reviews over the years but I have NEVER seen this type of unprofessional behavior in all my days. If I could leave a -5 star review I would. When you sit down and the waitress says "what do you want"? with a very negative tone almost like you shouldn't be there, then tells you it's going to be at least an hour before you get food with a tone like she hates you being there..... well stick your very average tasting burger where you can imagine and I'm outta here! Tootsies, do everyone a favor and CLOSE. You will never get a nickle out of me again. Lousy service, poor...

This place is very cute and the staff nice. They have a sign in their door that says "help wanted please be patient" and while I understand it is hard to find staff at this time, the wait for food was ridiculous. I would not recommend coming here if you are on a time. It took over an hour to get poached eggs on toast, chicken fingers and a hot dog. Each meal was brought out one at a time and the first person was finished before the second person ever got their food. Once we got it the food was medicore and definitely not worth the wait. I love supporting local but I's skip this place and go to...
