Guac Mexi Grill — Restaurant in Perth

Pre ordered food for pick up. We have been to this location one other time. Same experience. Walked in and the employee was on her phone. Told her we had an order for pick up. She argued with us saying we didn’t. (Same as the first time). Then refreshed her iPad and it magically popped up. (We waited to pick up our order when it said it would be ready). Now we have to wait even longer for our food. She was clearly on the phone with AirPods actively having a conversation with her partner, not doing her job. From reading the other reviews this is clearly the same employee, who is unfortunately ruining customers experiences, at what would be a very nice place to eat. Not to mention she forgot our Queso sauce (which we paid extra for) and a sour cream on the side. Which we only noticed after arriving home. Employee very clearly dislikes her job, it’s one thing if it happened one time and one visit but this is twice now. Clearly it’s a pattern....

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. This is my first time here and I won’t be back. First we walk in to having your stank puss worker SITTING ON THE COUNTER WHERE YOU PREP FOOD!!! That is revolting!!! Next her service was terrible she was extremely rude and was rushing us to get things meanwhile we were the only ones in the store?????? The whole time she was on the phone with what I’m assuming is her partner while she had her AirPods in. We pay and then ask for forks she rudely replied saying there was some at the front door, I replied saying they are all out. She proceeded to come over and then handle the garbage and THEN pass us forks with her dirty garbage hands. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!!!! Oh and the only reason your guac is free is definitely from it looking rotten….. will not...

So, after trying out Guac Mexi Grill in Perth for the first time, I've come to the feeling I won't be going back. I ordered the 3 hard-shell taco meal. 1 had shrimp as the main ingredient, the others were steak. They were so skimpy and stingy on how much ingredient / topping they gave out, I ended up with more shell than anything else. I had to break off the ends just to get to the real treat, and it wasn't even that. The steak was tough and chewy, difficult to get down. Ideally, it would have been shredded. I also didn't get much shrimp flavour out of the shrimp themselves. At one point, the guy was literally counting out the individual pieces of corn. I ended up with about 5 pieces each. For the price they charge and what you're actually given, it definitely wasn't...
