This review is to serve as a WARNING TO ALL PARENTS thinking of letting your children work here! DONT! My 14 yr old was let go for “not learning how to close fast enough” when she’s only closed with her 15 year old trainer twice!! The one time she did close with the assistant manager, they didn’t make sure her ride was there and my daughter was left outside alone at 9:30pm in the dark parking lot! And this is standard practice there as I witnessed another young girl waiting outside alone for her ride alone (once we left) when I picked up my kid. I felt like we should have wait for her ride to get there so she wouldn’t be alone, but my daughter assured me they did this all the time. I was less than impressed and told her to wait inside until her ride got there if she’s alone next time. I find it unconscionable that they would let young woman wait outside in a dark parking lot off busy hwy 7! I would never let my child alone in that parking lot after dark. bare minimum they should have buddy system so they aren’t left alone for some creep to kidnap them or worse. That was my first red flag for this employer. Then to be let go for their poor training, good riddance to them. She closed 4 or 5 times in 2 months. 2 with the trainer, once with the assistant manager, then with another trainee when the third trainee didn’t show, and the shift before didn’t do their prep. so considering they were able to do the pre-closing and closing short handed and undertrained I feel like this is an ungrateful employer who overlooks their own...

An older lady was in charge of making our subs, and from the moment we walked in, it was clear that she had no interest in providing even a basic level of service. The way she slapped together our sandwiches was not just careless but outright disrespectful.
The ingredients were poorly handled, with vegetables carelessly tossed on the bread as if it was a burden for her to do her job. The subs were barely wrapped, practically falling apart as soon as we picked them up.
What’s worse, it felt like there was an element of racism involved in the way she treated us. She seemed to serve other customers with more care and attention, while our experience was the complete opposite. Read morejust a little reminder that I had a real different experience today, I walked in there was 3 people in front of me and their orders where taken and made and paid 1 after the other the. it was my turn, I got up there and she just started doing receipts from online orders I guess, to make a long story short, about 10 minutes later, I had to lean against the wall cause if I'd known I would of been like ok, fine I have disabilities so let me know when u ready, then salad bowls time. anyway I think about 15 minutes later from standing at the front, the other lady finally says whose meatball sub is this, I said mine. she dropped the other subs for a moment and finished mine, thank God I couldn't stand there for much longer. no one else had to wait, just me.
