Bad pizza, but even worse customer service. I ordered 3 pizzas and picked them up on a way to a cottage. When I got to the cottage, realized that none of the pizzas I ordered had any sauce on them whatsoever. The cottage didn't have cell reception, so when I left the next day, I called, and the manager said "we can't give you a refund, but we can replace them if you bring them in because we had somebody yesterday claim that the pizza give them food poisoning but they wouldn't bring the pizza in. If you call head office, they will tell you the same thing". I said to him "too late now. I don't need 3 pizzas now". Nonetheless, I went into the store, showed him the pizzas and he said "well, nothing I can do about it. I can send a note to the owner, who owns 13 pizza huts and lives in brampton and ask for a refund." 7 phone calls later, 7 weeks later, I filed a complaint with head office. I called back a week later, spoke to the Manager again, and he said "I saw your complaint in our system, and I sent it over to the owner. It is out of my hands". So either he didn't do it before and lied about doing it 7 times previously, or he did do it and the owner is just not processing the refund. Either way, completely unacceptable. The pizza was also gross. In addition to not having sauce, it was undercooked, and overly oiled.

Read moreNever had nothing but good to say about this place until tonight. We drove 40 minutes to have a good meal. Service was slower than the second coming, and everything we ordered was wrong. I'm about as patient as they come when it comes to service, when it's busy it will be slower etc. But no excuses for the performance we had tonight.
After finishing our salad and appetizers we were asked if we wanted dessert. She didn't realize that she didn't bring our pizza out yet. This was an hour and a half after we ordered!! Then we find out the order was lost and it would be 5 more minutes. She apologized and said the "manager" would give us a discount. 20 minutes later I had enough. Just as we were about to get up and walk out the pizza comes out and I told the waitress to box it up we were leaving... 2 hours waiting for a meal with a 3 year old was ridiculous! I had my mind made up that the "discount" was going to be 100% of the bill no matter what the manager was going to discount. Never once in my life was I going to refuse to pay for a meal but tonight was the night!! He did the right thing and acknowledged they dropped the ball and sent us on our way without having to pay and I didn't have to fight for it.
Appreciate that sir, but you either need to find more staff to accommodate your customers or better staff. Extremely disappointing, will not...
Read moreOrder was to be ready at 5 but when I arrived at 5:05 I was told they made one of my pizzas wrong and they were remaking it. At 5:18 I was told my new pizza was ready. I asked what about the other pizza? Did you remake that or has it been sitting on the counter for the last 20 mins ( I watched as he just grabbed it off the counter so it wasn’t in a heater) . His answer, there wasn’t anything wrong with that one. I said other than the fact it is now 20 mins old and not hot??? When I asked what they are offering since my pizza was 18 mins late and one is now not hot and the answer as well you only paid $5 for it so what else are you looking for! Great customer service. Didn’t care that I had to wait for a correct order but having one piping hot pizza and one barely warm pizza isn’t worth the almost $50 I spent. Worst thing is I did online order and tipped for this bad service! When I asked why they did it that way and not fix so both pizza’s are hot when I get it, I was told the owner would freak on them if they remade both pizzas. I asked what the owner would rather, a satisfied customer or bad review. Was told there wasn’t anything they could do, so here is my review.
