Subway — Restaurant in Petawawa

I have been here multiple times and it is usually hit and miss. Today was another miss. I got just a regular 6 inch cold cut with veggies combo. Amed was the woman to took my initial order, she is always so kind. However when it came to having my veggies added on my sub someone else took over. I asked for a few extra onions since she added only 4 rings, she signed and rolled her eyes at me. I then asked for Peppers, she added 3 to the sub I said can I have a couple more please she signed again and dropped them on. At that point I just wanted to leave so I said stated that was good so I could have my sub and leave. It's ironic how conservative they are with veggies yet the emoyees make their own subs with handfuls of whatever looks good to them. I am giving 2 stars only because Amed was so pleasant and the sub tasted...

I fell down the ice covered stairs and hurt myself as well a break my glasses. The manager said "I take no responsibility for that" and never even asked if I was ok. While I was still on the stairs, a subway employee walked by Me, got into a car for a few moments the walked by me AGAIN , and I was still on the ground. She never said a word or offered assistance. The next day I spoke with the owner of the store And he was just as bad, only offering me 100 dollars towards a new pair of glasses. He said he doesn't make much money so he can't afford any more. Eat here all the time as I work close by . Great group of lady's who work there ! Always nice and in a good mood . However I just tried the panini chicken blue and I must say I was really disappointed. The minute I tried to take a bite the entire insides of the panini spilt out onto the ground . Couldn't eat a single bite without it falling all over the place . Also the honey mustard sauce I got literally taste like water . I can't even taste any sauce on the panini. I will say that I'll never eat another PANINI from subway as I couldn't even eat it . But again the Lady's at this Subway are awesome and in no way was it there fault . Disappointed in Subway as a company not making quality...
