Wendy's — Restaurant in Petawawa

Food quality is whatever, it's a Wendy's so 🤷‍♂️ But be prepared to check your order regardless of how small it was, or how long the line behind you is. Tonight was the third time in the last few months our order was completely wrong. The worst part of it isn't the food, it's that we paid almost $30 for our "order" and got a small assortment of things from the snack menu, which means we paid a solid extra $10 to NOT get our order. We live about 25 mins away, so I grab it on the way home from work once in a while when we're both swamped, which means it's not practical to go back when something is wrong. I mean, they won't care and it won't affect them financially, so this isn't being written for them. This is just a warning to people who are newer around here and looking for a quick bite, to be skeptical and double/triple check things there. I didn't, and I guess that's on...

Good food, poor service. Went though drive though before working thinking it would be fast food and was I wrong. They told me to pull up as they were making new patties, which I thought sweet who doesn't love fresh stuff. So I pulled up and about 6-8 mins later it's getting close to my work shift and three vehicles past me in drive though I got out of the car walked in and got my buger. The manager took a min to realize I was there from drive through. No apology for being slow or forgetting about poor me put front. Just passed my burger turned around and went back to doing whatever.

Mind you it wasn't busy .. no one inside and three Cars outside...super...

WRONG ORDERS ALL THE TIME. It's getting ridiculous and it's partly my own fault for continuing to go back. Multiple multiple times I've received the wrong order. Most recently, I ordered a chicken sandwich with extra pickle ... It came with ONLY pickle. Tonight I got an apple pecan salad and it was packed without dressing. I went back and asked for dressing and a new salad. I got it.... With three packages of dressing and no pecans. Incapable of proper service. I worked there for 3 years, I can tell you for a fact the job is not that hard. Not only have the prices gone up astronomically, the quality has gone...
