Ordered 2 classic breakfast combos. Not a bad price. Found lumps of white cream in my coffee. Not sure if that is OK. But brought it to the attention of an employee who was very nice about it and exchanged my coffee. Instead of using their creamer from the bulk container she gave me individual serving size creamer.

The over easy eggs were overcooked. My daughter found what looked like stringy, stretchy plastic. I looked at it and it didn't feel like egg whites to me so I brought it to the attention of staff who were busy at back. The employee said it was egg. So idk maybe it was. But I've never had this happen. So I ate it anyways.

Employee did offer a refund several times which I declined.

Also i noticed there is a little bit of a language barrier when I noticed another customer at the cash who couldn't understand what the employee was saying. Like "receipt " and misunderstanding about what came with their meal.

I did notice i asked what size coffee is included in mycombo, usually a small. I was surprised when she said you cab get any size. But she failed to mention it costs extra, which usually it does. So I noticed I was charged extra for the large so I declined. Also I asked if I could change the one combo coffee to something else. Employee said yes and I could get juice instead but failing to say it would cost an extra $2.20 which i noticed after I paid.

So I when I ask someone what's included and they say whatever you want. I assume it's included. But they fail to say it's extra.

That's where I think there is a language barrier.

But overall the one employee was very professional. The cook that came up didn't seem to understand English. But they were both...

Was served this raw chicken here last night. (Excuse the paint under my fingernails 😭) Went back to get a refund and was met with a plethora of excuses. The employee first said, "maybe the oil wasn't hot enough". She offered to remake the meal but I needed to get to work and just wanted my $18.50 back. She said she couldn't give me a refund because her supervisor wasn't in. I asked when the supervisor is in next because this is serious and I could get really sick. She smiled and shook her head and said noooo, nooo. Started to say how she didn't have a code for a refund again so I asked again when the supervisor was in. She hesitantly gave me an hour estimate in the morning. When I got back to work my manager advised me to go back and get a receipt from them. So I went back to get a receipt with an Indian coworker/friend of mine. When I asked the employee for a copy of my receipt she said they were cleaning and had thrown out the receipts until my coworker poked her head forward and said, "you can print one out" Then almost instantly she said okay I'll try and got it immediately. We both came back in the morning and the employee continued to give excuses saying, "I served 10 chickens last night and you're the only person to come back". Like?? Okay?? Anyway thankfully the manager came in shortly after and was super helpful and kind!! Helped sort things out and did her best to accommodate. Gave me a refund and still offered a remake of the meal. Was still too put off to accept for now though 😅 Just...

Me and my wife went for drive thru here as it was late and options were limited. I ordered the double teen burger with poutine. My wife had a buddy burger and fries combo. I was very hungry and we both ate our meals in a parking lot near by. I noticed right away that the poutine gravy was cold. Not warm not slightly cold actually cold however the gravy was still runny not clumpy at all. The cheese curds were fine and the fries were a bit old but still a bit warm. My point was that the gravy may have been sitting for awhile not being warmed possibly unplugged and it may have harboured bacteria. At one point I noticed a mouldy taste. I know the taste of mould since that time i ate mouldy cheese as a kid, i can never forget that taste. I say this because about 7 or 8 hrs later I woke up and experienced some of the worst explosive diarrhea of my life. My wife was fine she did not have any of my poutine, especially since it was cold. I wish I didnt eat it like her. Three times I had to purge myself. Lost all sleep, feeling real terrible today. This is food poisoning. Never will me or my wife ever visit...
