Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Peterborough

I can only base this off my personal experience - and it's a review that's long coming I suppose. For a while our experience was bad here, but that was years ago. I suppose having a good team that cares helps and makes all the difference. The last 6 orders I have placed have been flawless I will try to post a pic later - but I have appreciated the care I get when I order usually between 6pm - 9pm. Who ever working those shifts thank you. The drivers have been professional as well; they don't delay delivery once the order is ready to go, and if they get lost all they do is reach out. I wrote a review on KFC dreadful delivery last night, how I had waited an hour, they called me once but couldn't reach, then gave up and brought the food back without another attempt; forcing us to cancel that order and order from dominoes who literally took 20-25 minutes from cook to our door. We tip very well, and I found the drivers here respect that and don't give up looking for a townhouse because it's dark but actually walk around the units (which takes no more than 2 minutes) to deliver. Not the experience I remembered from last time I did pickup. Pizza still tasty (though was less cheese and ingredients did not go to edge of pizza) and service as friendly as usual, but not a fan of the Bollywood disco blaring at ear bleeding volume. Felt uncomfortable having to shout my orrder at the cashier repeatedly in order to be heard. Was loud, screatchy, and jangly, not at all the usual pleasant relaxing experience. If Dominos wants to depart from its original vintage oldies theme that's OK, but Eastern music comes in mellow and relaxing too. Please not Punk, please not frantic, or death metal, or Disco of ANY kind, and please not at have to shout repeatedly to be heard bolume. (btw not just customers who might be turned off. I order from Dominoe's Lansdowne 100 times a year with excellent service, excellent speed and excellent pizza. I recently moved & now my home Dominoes location is Chemong. Had to be the slowest delivery the app stated it was being checked for quality for over 25min. Pizza came cold & burnt so obvious the pizza quality checker is either legitmately blind or dumb as a stump. Even allowed the burnt food to be sent out for delivery. Kory the delivery driver was fast & efficient however he was setup to fail by the terrible kitchen who allowed this all to happen. Shaking my head...
