I had the worst experience ever with the employees. I wanted a large tots wedges($9.99), and 3 chicken tenders. The order came to 22 and change, I didn’t realize the price for 3 tenders was 10.99. When I got up to the window I confirmed with the employee the price. I couldn’t afford that so I asked if she could remove the item. She then proceeded to tell me the order was already placed and it couldn’t be removed. I said I have not paid yet, and I am not paying 10.99 for 3 tenders, she proceeded to ask me what I wanted her to do and said that the order was already made. After 3 minutes of arguing, her co worker came over and finally took the tenders off, she told me a total of $11.29 and I gave her a $10 bill and change, she dipped the bill out of my hand and walked over to where they bag the food.( I watched closely as I could incase the tried anything funny). While watching the 2 employees, they were pointing and gesturing towards us in a very uncomfortable and unprofessional way. Once she handed me the bag she proceeded to tell me. “ here is the wedges, next time you should look at the prices before ordering”. I was about to drive off while she said this. I stopped my vehicle and looked at her and said. “ maybe you should not point and talk badly in front to the paying customer in their native language”. Read moreIncorrect food was delivered to us. When I called to explain, the young woman answered the phone and said "oh yeah! That was my fault!" Well, thank you for the confession.. But rather than offering to fix the issues she simply then said "I have to ask if we can fix this, give me your phone number and I'll call you back." Surprise surprise.. Still haven't heard back from them. Partial refund through Skip, but that means I'm still out a significant amount of money for food that was incorrect (and apparently it was known it was incorrect) for the delivery and because of the nature of the error (and of course lack of callback) we instead had to order pizza. So, I had to pay for some food that wasn't enough for the family (a whole 9 piece was missing) and delivery, to have to order pizza anyway and the restaurant never called to sort it out. Mistakes happen, but its what you do with those mistakes that really speak to an experience. Read moreI've eaten here for years and ignored the little mistakes for a long time just because I enjoyed the food. After finally contacting management over an especially bad string of incorrectly made orders, my information was taken by a manager and I was promised complimentary food to make up for the previous orders. I was happy with that until I attempted to redeem thr comp'd food and was told by the staff that they could not find my information and had no idea what I was talking about. They took my information two separate times that day with the promise a manager would call me to rectify the situation and I was never contacted once. (It was approx 3 weeks ago i was promised a call). I even took the issue to corporate because of the unprofessionalism and never heard back. This company just wants your money and won't make good on their promises when they make mistakes. I tell everyone to avoid this food chain now because I wouldn't wish this horrible service on anyone.
