They are what a small town Tim Hortons is supposed to be, they remember my moms order they treat her with tremendous respect and kindness, they honest to god make my mom smile more times then I have seen from a drive thru in my 32 years on this planet. They make her morning just a little bit better,
But the night staff I don’t have enough terrible things to say the guy who works alone most of the time always his music blaring he doesn’t treat customers with the quickness or even a smile ( like finishing cleaning or filling bottles and making you wait till he’s done. I’ve been in the store watching the drive thru Times I’ve seen him make people wait well over 4 mins just for a coffee. He never has decafe made after 5pm . The one time I try and encourage him to move with a little pep in his step the store clrek just cussed in Spanish slang not knowing I completely understood what he said and they all made me feel terrible that night including the so called manger ( not the morning one ) telling me it’s not my business well as a customer and a stock holder it is my business and I was only giving Constructive criticism, but they took it...
Read moreI ordered a ham and cheddar with extra Ranch before paying the girl that makes the sandwiches says I'm sorry we don't have any buns would you like it on a bagel as I was thinking what Bagel to put it on and asked after asking for everything if they had cheese Bagels the manager interrupted and said we don't have wraps in which I replied I didn't want to wrap I wanted a sandwich as I was trying to decide which bagel I wanted she then told me that I could leave if I didn't want my order I said I'm trying to decide my bagel she said you can just leave the front is for the front the back is for the back you're dealing with the back when you're at the front please leave my store there's another Tim Hortons up the street so I left and I will never set foot in that Tim Hortons again I go to that Tim Hortons three times a week the manager is over the top rude and I've never been told to leave a store in my life before I'm so sorry Tim Hortons that this location will never get my business again and I might not go to too many Tim Hortons anymore if this is the kind of managers you're going to have...

However, I just left the drive through after spending over 10 minutes waiting and I hate to say that it has been a very poor experience.
I ordered a chicken wrap and an iced coffee with no cream. First, I was handed a coffee with cream (no problem, I just asked her to remake it) and then 5 minutes at the window later, after the cars behind me have been honking and cars have left the line, I was handed my wrap. (The girl did apologize for the wait.) Again, stuff happens, I understand. I just bit into the wrap to find frozen chicken. Legitimately frozen. I didn’t bother to go back in because I’m sure they’re busy enough and it was nearing the end of my lunch break and I didn’t have the time to wait for a new one to be made.
