I recently visited Free Topping Pizza, and I must say, it was one of the most satisfying dining experiences I’ve had in a long time! From the moment I walked in, the warm and friendly staff made me feel right at home. The hospitality was top-notch—everyone was welcoming, attentive, and eager to ensure that every guest had a great time.

What a horrible experience I would give 0 stars if I could. Yesterday (May 7) my husband and I had company over and we ordered pizza to celebrate an occasion. We ordered around 1:50pm and the pizza did not arrive until 3:10. When the delivery driver arrived he didn't know how much it costed and said he had lost the receipt and took a guess at how much he thought it cost. So my husband paid and we were just going to call in to the store after our hungry guests ate to confirm the price. The pizza was ICE COLD and extremely soggy. It was almost like it wasn't cooked. We ended up having to cook the pizza on our own in the oven as it was so soggy and mushy. I called the store to confirm the price and to let them know how awful the pizza was. The lady I spoke with was very nice, but she proceeded to tell me that her manager would be in at 6:30pm and took my contact information to have the manager call me to let her know of our experience. The manager never called. You would think they would take care within their establishment to hear client complaints when they are unhappy. We always used to order pizza from Free Topping in Oshawa before we recently relocated to Peterborough and never had anything but amazing experiences with the staff and the food was always delicious. We do not recommend this business. The customer service is terrible, they neglect their customers, and they don't take pride in the food they deliver to their customers. Do yourself a favor and order take away from another pizza joint to avoid embarrassment if you are trying to feed...

TERRIBLE!!! I have bought pizza's here for over 10 years, with complete satisfaction . . . until today. I requested delivery, and was then asked how long does it take to get to my house, so they know how much to charge for delivery . . .WHAT?! I then requested a certain item to be put on my pizza, and was told it now costs extra, when it used be same as all other toppings . . . WHAT?! When asked how I would pay, I said debit, and was then told they only accept credit cards because the owner doesn't want to have to pay for two machines . . . WHAT?! Since when do you need two different machines to process a payment using credit, or debit? ALL the other pizza places in our city seem to be able to manage quite well! I was then told by the employee, that a new flyer had been sent out telling us this information . . . I never received one. I loved their pizzas, but this has become rediculous! You have now lost a regular customer . . . I will order elsewhere. I will also tell others my story, recommending they DO NOT order from here . . . I USED to RECOMMEND them to everyone!
