I wish I could give negative 10 stars. This is the absolute worst location I have ever been to. Had my order charged incorrectly and made wrong. Have to return to the store after getting home and the “general manager” (her words) Leah was extremely disrespectful, speaking to me in a degrading tone, and when I asked for it remade she allowed me to say “bacon breakfast sandwich..” took the sandwich and left and didn’t even let me finish my sentence, which would have specified the order. After I’m unable to get her attention the sandwich comes back made wrong. And I tell her what is missing then cuts me off again leaving one of the extras I paid for to not be on it. I tired to explain that if she didn’t run off I woudlve explained what was supposed to be on it completely, wnd she responded “I’m going to have to ask you to speak to me with respect or I’m going to ask you to leave the store without anything”. This statement left myself and the rest of the patrons in line audibly gasp since she was the one dismissing and disrespecting me. After I got home I realized this and phoned into the store. Leah was being extremely disrespectful, attempting to dismiss me as rude when my voice was calm and I used no swear words (what might’ve been needed in this situation). She states she cannot refund me (even though I’ve driven to this store now 2 times in 20 minutes, and I paid for a more expensive sandwich that they incorrectly charged me for) she sated that I couldn’t recieve a refund unless I bring the sandwich back now and I wouldn’t get it fixed. As a former Tim’s employee, what happened to customer service? I am absolutely appalled. Finally, after explaining that I used to work at Tim and this isn’t how the protocol is nor how we spoke with customers, she HUNG UP the phone on me. After 15 minutes I get a call back from LEAH stating she notified the manager on tomorrow and I can come and get a refund for only the sandwich, and didn’t let me forget that she “hung up on me because I was being disrespectful.” Leah, you have no clue what customer service is or how to do your job. Read moreMy mother and I stopped to use the restroom and get a quick bite and a coffee. When we entered there were 3 people waiting to be served, when we exited the restroom they were still waiting to be served. We waited another 5 mins approx to be served. As I was placing our order the cashier kept saying "what" like we were her friends on the street. She spoke so low could barely understand what she was saying. She gave me the black coffee I ordered with c/s on the side, she proceeded to give me 2 sugar and when I asked for the creamer and a stir stick please and thank you she asked how many creamer, I said a couple please I'm not sure how the person likes their coffee they're in the car..... I got attitude and was told rudely "your food will be at the other end". My mother didn't hear her so she asked the manager who was right there listening to all of this and she said usually it is at the other end but if you need to sit I can have them bring it to this side" (my mother is disabled). We went to the other side to wait and the employees were so busy talking to each other, joking around, playing with their hair with clean gloves on..... we waited another 10 mins for our sandwiches. When she handed me the bag I asked nicely how I was supposed to tell the sandwiches apart without touching other people's food because she didn't mark them (different sauces, different sandwiches).....she slammed her hands on the counter let out a big sigh and rolled her eyes at me and then closed them as she was rolling them. I told her "don't roll your f**king eyes at me and to forget it" (I was beyond irritated at this point) and as we walked out we said we would never come into the restaurant again to order food, would have been faster going through the drive through but they're just as rude and slow. Read moreSo I went to this Tim Hortons today, keep in mind I was the only person in the store and the drive through was not very busy. First thing i got was a really weird look from the only person near the place to order before she asked what i wanted I then ordered a chicken craveable with 2 frozen lemonades, the lady went and made them right away and gave them to me even though nobody had started making the sandwich yet, so fast forward 15 minutes they had still not given me my sandwich and nobody came close to the front of the store for me to even ask about it, eventually the first lady that served me comes back and I said I wanted a refund if they still have not started to make my sandwich. She didn't even say anything to me and just turned away to go and talk to somebody else for a few minutes before letting someone else finally come to the front of the store and they ask me if I still want the sandwich while my "frozen" drinks had turned to water.. Obviously I said no because the people working here clearly have no clue what is going on and was hesitantly given a refund after some dirty looks. If I ever come back there again I really hope some of them are gone, Including the bigger lady with red hair and the young skinny guy with black hair working the drive through that had to give me my refund around 5:20pm on...
