Got food the other day the meat was dry as well as the noodles the from the fountain drink didn't taste right tried calling in number didn't work came in today to try to get a refund or another meal they did not give me my receipt I come here often and never ever give me a receipt she asked for the receipt I said I don't have it because you guys didn't give it to me and she's like I don't recognize you from yesterday how can you recognize someone from yesterday if you have a lot of customers this is unacceptable this is why you guys have two stars and nobody comes here anymore you just lost a good customer that comes here every other day like fat bastards I'm there every other day now you just lost one of your best customers because she asked for receipt and said she didn't remember me how can you remember someone if a lot of people come to the mall you guys don't give a receipt so it was literally a meal and a drink and you guys didn't want to give me a refund or give me another one that's how cheap you guys are like I said I would recommend avoiding the spot at all costs it's not worth it the food is garbage stuff is disrespectful never had an something like this happened where my food was wrong or didn't taste right and I didn't keep the food because that would be pointless and she asked for a receipt which never got one and then...

absolute worst customer service i’ve ever experienced. my bf and i ordered over $30 worth of food from here, we both got sesame chicken and noodles, and he got Szechuan steak and i got shrimp. the noodles we got were dry and extremely salty tasting, my shrimp was soggy and tasted rotten, and the steak he received was actually 99% zucchini and 2 small pieces of steak. the chicken was the only decent food item we got. my bf ate the measly 2 pieces of steak, and left only 2 pieces of his chicken, i had 2 or 3 pieces of my chicken, one bite of noodles, and one bite of shrimp that i had to spit out because it tasted so bad. went for a refund, but was refused one and was told my only options were to “pick a different item” or “eat somewhere else” because “the food is fine, we just don’t like it”. waiting to hear back from higher up management to have it sorted out. save yourself some time and money, and eat...
