Worst Service Ever – Avoid This Location!
If I could give zero stars, I would. The guy working at the front, Sameer (who calls himself Sammy), is the rudest employee I’ve ever encountered. I ordered my Subway online, and the app showed my order would be ready by 4:55. I arrived at 4:46, saw my sandwich just coming off the grill, and didn’t say anything—I just stood there, waiting. This guy didn’t even have the basic manners to greet a customer properly. Instead, he looked at me and just said, “Yes?” with the most disrespectful attitude. Fine, whatever. But then came the real issue. I had clearly mentioned that I wanted more veggies. What did he do? He threw three slices of tomato and cucumber on a footlong—THREE. When I politely asked him to add more, he had the audacity to pull out some paper showing that veggies should be placed “end to end.” Excuse me? How is three slices considered “end to end”? Is this a JOKE? And don’t even get me started on the sauce. I asked for more sauce, and it was like he was sprinkling dust. Barely anything. I might as well have gotten a dry sandwich. Worst service ever. This guy is single-handedly making me hate Subway for something so small but so frustrating. If he’s the manager, I hope his store shuts down because he is absolutely ruining the Subway name. And if he’s just some employee? The manager needs to fire him ASAP because he has no business working in the food industry. One last thing—if you have eyes (which I assume you do, considering the creepy way you stare at customers), maybe use them to read your reviews. Your name is all over them, and not...
Read moreI have gone to this location for several years now. It is the only subway in town that has had a consistent staff for the most part, and consistently great service. Since day one, they were always very pleasant, polite and willing to deal with my pickiness without question or even a bad look, unlike the other shops in town.
Sammy always comes out to say hi and if not make my sub, he rings me through. Always knows exactly what I want on my sub (the benefit of being a consistent customer to great long time staff) and I don't think I have had a single bad experience there. even when they have new staff working, someone is there guiding them and helping out.
Always generous with toppings, especially when I ask for extra parm. If you want extra sauce, just ask. I have even asked them to pull off a piece of lettuce I didn't like the look of, didn't hesitate and made exactly what I asked for. Still haven't been given a bad bun, always nice and fresh, but I do go early afternoons, so may just be my timing.
It seems 99% of the negative reviews here are from the same group of people, and seem more of a personal grudge than true reviews of the place. I have had none of those experiences, and can't wait to go get my lunch...
Read moreMy recent experience at Subway was absolutely horrendous. I was lured in by their deceptive advertising of a "BOGOFL" deal, where you buy one footlong and get another free. Little did I know, it was all a scam. This is the second time this week I've fallen victim to their false promotions.
I meticulously checked the Subway app just an hour before visiting the restaurant, confirming that they were indeed participating in the BOGOFL promotion. I even drove out of my way to get there, only to find out upon arrival that the store wasn't actually honoring the deal. What a waste of time and gas!
To make matters worse, the order I placed through the app was prepped well before the app indicated, resulting in a cold, soggy mess of a sandwich. It was hands down the worst Subway experience I've ever had. I used to prefer ordering directly at the store, but after this fiasco, I'll never trust their app again.
Subway, you've lost a loyal customer forever. I'll be sure to share my dreadful experience on Google reviews as well, so others can avoid being scammed and...
