Stop by to get breakfast around 5 AM before I hit the highway to work. I went inside and use the machine , to make sure they get the orders correctly. But they screw it up again. I was the only customer at that time. Nobody on the drive thru. Most of the crew are teenagers and were having a fun conversation with the manager. Meanwhile I was there waiting for my food. They only started to move when I stood by counter. Then an uber eats guy came in and ask for his ordered and they have not made it yet. finally after 15 minutes I got my coffee and sandwich. The coffee was black , I ask for 2cream and 2 splenda, Had to ask for the cream, splenda and a stirring stick. . As I was leaving , I can see the uber guy is pissed because he said it was ordered 30 min ago. while driving on to work I realize the coffee they gave was regular coffee not the more expensive Americano I originally ordered. I am not coming back to this location, it is a hit or miss, mostly miss. One of the worst McDonald's I ever been. 12/25/23 Unfortunately I had no choice but to come here again this morning. It was the only one open near my area. Got in around 6 AM It was just me and another person inside. I ordered a simple order , the $4 sandwich and coffee special.There were around 5 staffers that I can see in there maybe more inside. There was only 1 car in the drive thru. This kid ,obviously he is new and still trying to figure out how things work. He was on the register and had to make the coffee. There was no coffee on both the huge coffee makers .No cream and milk in the dispensers. The number of customers on both the drive thru and inside the store is swelling. The manager was missing and the other staffers won't even bother to help him out. Took him about 20 to 25 mins to make a coffee. The line behind me was already long and a couple leave already. I saw some cars on the drive thru leave too. No body even try to apologize to the customers. I saw them throw out new unused cups in the trash can, because the stickers on them had the time ordered stamps on them. I did not see anybody try to help this poor kid. If I was the owner of this location I would occasionally show up and observe.I wish I can change my initial rating of 1 star to -1 star. Don't come to this location ,there is a Mcdonald's across the mall that place is much much better. The extra 3 - 5 minutes of drive...
Read moreWorst experience ever. It all started when ordering at the drive thru window. The girl interrupted us saying "hold on hold on... okay my bad.. what do you want?" Before we could even finish our order she was asking us to pull forward.
We drove to the first window and waited for about 5 minutes before the girl who was busy texting on her phone, realized we were parked outside the window and asks "oh, you're here to pay?" - at this point, we should have just driven through and picked up what should have been our FREE mcflurries.
We waited an additional 5 minutes for our mcflurries at the next window. After beginning to drive away we quickly realized that our Regular sized mcflurries were about half full and actually had less ice cream then the very full small mcflurry.
We went inside to get the order corrected. The girl at the counted took our mcflurries back and proceeded to make new ones.
Error 2 - She handed us 3 cups of ice cream with fudge dumped on top. We returned it back to have fudge brownies added to our fudge brownie mcflurry
Error 3 - We handed them back. She proceeded to just "mix" the fudge. No brownie was added. It was seemingly a fudge sundae in a mcflurry cup. We returned it back to her
Error 4 - Turtles toppings were dumped on our fudge sundaes and in our tray. I guess the words "Fudge brownie mcflurry" mean "turtles sundae" to some people.
Error 5 - We missed the 2nd period of the Leafs/Habs game. We actually just gave up and went back.
Hands down....worst experience and worst McDonald's ever. We work closely so unfortunately this is the only option for a quick snack. Owners should look into hiring better managers and training employees.

Read moreToday is the last straw. I ordered delivery and I'm forced by the app to get it from this restaurant since it's the closest one. My extra large green tea was only three quarters full... because the rest spilled all over the bottom of the delivery bag! Also, since when did an EXTRA LARGE tea only come with ONE TEA BAG?! It's supposed to be two, otherwise you charge for a LARGE! I paid for an extra tea bag. I already forgave them for last week when I ordered a well-done McCrispy with an extra crispy chicken patty, waited 7 minutes for it to be made, only to have only ONE PATTY on the McCrispy. Yes, they rectified it by giving me my extra patty made fresh (even if it wasn't well-done, can't be picky). I feel like if I hadn't decided to eat in the restaurant, I would've found out when I got home the patty I paid for was missing and would have to come back agian and somehow try to prove that they forgot the extra patty. I also pointed it out in front of other customers who were waiting for their food and they were, by extention, worried about THEIR orders going to be wrong. I also went to leave, with my hands full from shopping around the plaza and the employee didnt hold open the door. Instead, she watched me struggle to open the door that closed on me. She never offered to open the door for me as she was too focused on running out her held order, even after seeing me stuggle with the first door and she was, at this point, exiting the second one. What's sad is that McDonald's restaurants are supposed to be about creating a great experience for the guests, but this location misses the mark! ...
