Pizza is ok nothing special. Customer service not so good. Ordered pizza paid for it and waited outside in the car. Went back in, 20 minuets later no pizza they misplaced the order or something, I was told to wait, 25 minuets later they hand over pizza to me, no explanation sorry or anything. Don’t expect anything for free but sorry would have been nice. Another time ordered pizza paid for it, bill was kind of high so I asked for a receipt, they gave me only the transaction receipt. I’m not a person that like to ask too many questions it’s faster, easier and my English is not so good. So while waiting tried to place same order online for pickup, the total came to at least $10 less than what I paid inside. Do not expect from them to make any suggestions or promotions to help you save a dollar, they will rip you off first chance they get. So if you’re a nice and quiet person better stay away from this place, there are better shoices at...
Read morePlace seemed to be very busy with both take out and phone delivery orders. My wait for 2 sandwiches seemed a little long. Hoped the quality was worth waiting for, however , I found them to be a little dry. Not enough sauce on the veal cutlet, and all toppings were extra. I had a salad thatmuch of the lettuce was brown on the ends and had way too many freen peppers and black olives in it, and not enough feta cheese. One slice if tomato. Im sure a pizza place makes enough on the veggies they use on pizza, that putting a few on a sandwich, should be inconsequential to the overall cost. Maybe if they made a salad properly, they wouldn't loose money on vegitables. I understand charging for cheese, but sauce is also part of a pizza shops business. It cant increase cost to put a little more on a sandwich, that requires it, in the first place. Maybe their pizza is better. Will have to wait and see. They looked great coming out...
Read moreVery disappointed in the management at this specific Pizza Nova. I had walked in with my fiancée to get a medium pizza with three toppings. Our usual go to is thick crust and chilli flakes in addition to the toppings we choose. When pizza was presented the pizza was thin like cardboard and made a remark immediately about it being thin crust. I had repeated my order more than three times verbally prior to finalizing the order so I was confident I would get the pizza I ordered. The manager/franchise owner came out and said next time show with your fingers what thick and thin crust is. I was very disappointed in hearing that response back. Owning very successful businesses myself that is not how you respond to a customer. You are a franchisee of a “pizza nova” if you make a human mistake with an order you should fix it rather than insult customers. Highly disappointed and will not...
