Horrible experience this time. My Green Apple Green Tea had no ice despite ordering it cold (and my only adjustment was to 70% sugar). It tasted watered down (maybe the ice melted? but I watched them make it and leave it sitting while they made the Mango Diamond Slush), it didn't taste like it had any sugar in it either. And look at the level of the Mango Diamond Slush! Why is it so low!? My partner hasn't drunk any yet but it looks like we got skimped. Oh, and the cups were sticky?

Got my order from Denice, Dennise (?). She was friendly and followed up on me even though i was only there for a few minutes. I highly recommended checking this location.

I hope this review will get the owners attention, to Ken.

This location is the worst real fruit bubble tea I've ever been in my life. Whoever thought it was a great idea to hire the customer service representative named Kevin, shame on you. This is a large business you guys should be able to do better!!

Not only my drinks get messed up when I call the customer service, Kevin stated he will be calling me back to resolve the issue and will offer me the right replacement drink, since they messed up my order. Never received a call!

Today I walked in approximately around 3pm and almost slipped and fell on a wet surface that was not cleaned and dried. I pulled my back muscle by catching hjng myself in mid air. Everything visible on the cameras and pretty sure it was all captured. I advised the worker if the incident, he barely cared, he wanted me to reach out to customer service and on the other hand customer service don't want to escalate this call to the owner. Like this place is a mess. I was told Ill be getting a call from the owner and again never received the call!! I hope these calls are recorded so someone can listen to them and take...

First off DEF RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION. This location is amazing and it’s so clean. Every time I’ve gone the bubble tea has been fresh and the Boba has been soft. I drive past the pickering town centre location to come here (their boboa is always hard and stale and they’re stingy with the portions .) here everyone’s so nice and the owners a cool guy . The place is so well kept and clean and the bubble teas taste delicious and fresh . I pray the quality stays the same . I’m willing to drive further for quality . keep up the good work and I love the diversity of the workers -...

Edit: Increasing a star because it seems like they do care. Gonna submit the details on the ID below. What to say, went with my wife and kids,y wife some kind of green tree with Tapioca and I ordered Mango diamond slush with Tapioca on May 19 2023. Since the same evening we both had our stomach upset. There's a mixed feeling of frustration and at same time felt like laughing. Would suggest to go Real fruit store in pickering town center, there we did not face any such incidence. For the time being we're gonna avoid Real fruit...
