This location is honestly the worst for customer service, listening skills, and poor management! Used to come to this location every single day, multiple times actually. They now refuse to serve me or my daughters. I have reached out to the 1866 number for complaints and they have put a request for manager/owner to contact me and it’s been weeks. Unfortunately, the day staff is the only staff that cannot learn to listen at the drive thru. We place an order, repeat ourselves 2-3x before they even get the order supposedly right. When you get to the window it barely ever right! Most recently, the order was taken and an item all together was forgotten. I asked to pay for it and receive it but was told I complain too much and they would no longer be serving us. Prior to that ordered 1 large ice cap, 2 small ice caps and a medium iced coffee with less cream (my order every single times at that location for years). They keep taking out the base (sugar) in the iced coffee. It comes with base and all we asked for was less cream as my daughter suffers from IBS and it is too hard on her stomach. I have to drive home when she doesn’t come for the drive over to have to go back to have it made again. One of the last times I was told by Kurum to try it before I leave then!!!! I couldn’t believe it and responded it was not for me and she handed me a new one and said try it before you leave now. I will not try someone else’s drink (completely unacceptable to even ask that of me as a paying customer)! They need to learn to listen and do their jobs properly! Yet here I am punished from this location as the paying customer because they cannot do a job they have taken on!
The night time staff remains incredible and listen every single time. They are polite and have great people skills.
I work as a manager for a general surgeons office and never in my life would I treat a patient this way.
While in Ontario you can refuse to serve someone you cannot make drinks and food wrong for over a year. I will be contacting consumer protection to file a formal complaint. I thought management or owner would reach out before I went this avenue.
Such a disappointing location and never once have got an apology for them messing up an order that happens on a daily.

I am not a person to judge people or complain usually, but every morning that I have gone there which is almost every morning.. they are rude and/or mess up your order. I could be blamed to some extent of "why do i keep going". And my answer is because I want to grab breakfast or coffee quickly before heading out to work. However, I have sat down and thought recently that I am going to start boycotting businesses. If you as a consumer work hard for the money that you earn, then you should be very concerned where you are spending this money, and who you are supporting. They do not care when you make a complaint. They rudely rush you after giving you your food at the window. Every single morning it takes me probably 10 seconds to put my wallet away after paying and they stare at me in my car while saying next please probably 5 times in that 10 seconds. I have worked at mcdonalds in the past. I understand that you're trying to keep the drive thru moving. However, have some decency and respect for people. I just paid you for your product. Tim hortons.. fix your staff. They are completely demonstrating that this is not their business and that they do not care. They are here to collect a pay cheque and clearly have no repercussions of anything. My stance will be to boycott your business and hope that others follow suit to hit you where it hurt... loss of $$ because you are not a deserving business. There are many other places that I and other people can spend their hard earned money. All you big corporations need to FIX UP and provide a product or service that is actually worth the public spending their money on. CONSUMERS, SMARTEN UP AND CHOOSE WHICH BUSINESSES YOU SUPPORT AND SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY. YOU DESERVE THE BEST FOR YOU BUCK AND THESE CORPORATIONS DON'T CARE ABOUT YOU. Read moreThis place screw me on the size of ice coffee. I ordered and paid for a large ice coffee with extra cream for my daughter to take home. On March 15. But when got home my daughter said they gave you a medium. I paid 5.85 in total with an order of medium dd decaf, a large ice coffee with extra cream plus 10 tidbits for a dollar because I did the survey and they gave a code which i gave it so i was charge 1.00. So I called them immediately when I got home, explaining that they gave me the wrong order to the girl. She apologize and said when I come in next time they will give me a large ice coffee free of charge. So I said I will come by the next day Saturday. She said she will leave a note with my name on it (lulu) by the drive thru window to give me my free ice coffee. I went there today Saturday March 16 and guess what they said they don't have any idea what I was talking. The girl behind the counter was so rude treated me as if I was a homeless beggar. I told her to check but she continously ignored me. I spent 15 minutes there with nothing to show for. She tells me come back tomorrow to speak to a manager. I will not make a special trip just for that. The only reason that I was there on Friday was it was on my home and on Sarurday I was also in the area.
