Hi everyone! Today we definitely had a bad experience at Wing House. This is my neighborhood "go to place" for the best wings and super Nellie Fries. My best friend and I went to the restaurant at 750 Oklahoma Dr. In Pickering today. We aimed for the opening time of 11am but it was not open yet. After waiting until 11:30, someone finally arrived out front and the restaurant opened about 10 min. later. My BFF and I went inside as first customers to be seated. The lady staff member came over to take our order right away but since we JUST SAT DOWN we were trying to decide the wing flavor but gave her our drink order. She said she would come back. Well. after waiting for about 45 min she never came back as she was bombed by at least 50 to 75 teens from local schools in a huge line up and then taking over all the other tables with their food from GINO'S Pizza at the end of the plaza. They then went out to the Pharmacy next door buying their pop there "as it is cheaper there" we heard them say. So, I didn't realize that the management prefer young teens, bringing in other places food and drinks, using their napkins from the tables, using the bathrooms which would mean the business' toilet paper and soap and hydro and water then leaving pizza messes and making it impossible for regular çustomers left to fend on their own with no service and excessive NOISE AND MESS AND HOLLERING as they go in and out of the restaurant getting things from other businesses. Needless to say we left the Wing House unfulfilled, disappointed and ticked off and went to Perkins' Restaurant were we got terrific service and yummy food. It will definitely be a while before we try this "school cafeteria" again. Management just seemed to not care about our business. ...

I was so excited to try their Spicy Garlic Parmesan Wings & their Power of Nelli Fries.
We ordered 3 meals:
Single Special: Spicy Garlic Parmesan Wings with Power of Nelli Fries (these wings were actually really tasty! )
Single Special: Medium Buffalo Wings with Regular Fries ( these wings were sweet )
Veggie Wrap with Power of Nelli Fries ( This wrap didn't have many veggies and lacked flavour, I really wish they offered a veggie patty inside )
I only really had two issues with the food; The Medium Spice Buffalo Wings were actually sweet and the Power of Nelli Fries had hardly any sauce on them.( making them super dry and pretty un-enjoyable) Now normally Buffalo shouldn't have any sweetness to it because of the Buffalo flavour , especially when they also offer a Mild Buffalo that is less spicy. You would at least hope that the Medium one as a tiny more spice to it. When I called the restaurant to just give a little bit of feedback their response was, " Yeah the Buffalo is sweet, next time ask for Suicide instead of Homicide" with no concern of how we thought the food tasted.
As a first time customer, it's not really fair to me because there's no way I would have known that their Medium Buffalo was meant to be sweet, when in general you wouldn't expect a Buffalo sauce to have any sweetness at all.
The bill came out to be around $47 for the 3 meals
Pretty doubtful I will return because I wasn't too happy with how some of the wings and the veggie wrap tasted or how the restaurant responded to...
Read moreIt’s unfortunate that I have to make this review because the wings here are actually good. But the service I had the other day was terrible and I’m quite dissatisfied.
I ordered 3 lbs of wings for Super Bowl Sunday over the phone; gave them my name and number and was told it would be ready in 50 mins. No problem at all, I expected it to be busy. I get to the restaurant 50 minutes later and they tell me they didn’t put my order in so my food isn’t ready. This upset me because I’m hungry and already waited the 50 minutes. The staff tells me that I can order again if I want but I’ll have to wait another 50 minutes… sorry but that’s just not cool. You messed and now I have to wait another 50 minutes for food I already ordered when I didn’t make a mistake?
The owner was no help. Didn’t really get to the bottom of the issue or care. I understand it’s busy and they were probably short staffed but damn guys, limit the amount of orders you accept (there were many Uber eats and skip couriers waiting long too) so that stuff like this doesn’t happen (especially for customers picking up themselves).
I think this could’ve been handled more professionally. When you mess up, it’s important to rectify the issue by prioritizing it, which I felt they did not do. They offered free items however I would have still had to wait...
