Subway — Restaurant in Pincher Creek

I went in for my lunch break around 3:40 Completely dead except for one gentleman, eating in. They were very rude, immediately after just entering and walking up to the till the lady “Anne” asked what I want, almost demanding I asked for pizza sub with extra cheese then the lady working there named “Anne” proceeded to give me 6 slices of cheese 3 slices of white cheddar and 3 of regular cheddar - if I’m paying for extra cheese I want EXTRA CHEESE not a couple more slices and then I asked for my sandwich toasted, but then after wrapping it, I asked the lady if she was going to toast it like I had asked for initially and then she got very snarky with me and said that I didn’t ask for it toasted didn’t unfold the sub, still kept wrapped (not properly toasted) then proceeded to give me attitude the entirety of my visit. I was served by “Anne” and a woman with a long braid wearing no hairnet. For $30 meal I expect to be treated with some dignity and...

First issue came when they had a the 6in free with 25$ giftcard promotion: store tried to say I'd not only need to purchase a footlong with the giftcard but that I could not get the 6in until i had also purchased 2 more footlongs... second came when during the "lettuce shortage" they tried to use lettuce that looked like it had already gone bad and when asked to use fresh lettuce pulled out yet another metal insert of bad lettuce... now the final straw: website no longer allows you to order pickup online and pay on arrival now they force you to pay before hand. Why waste your hard earned $$ on mediocre service. And will definitely not be entering in my card information given how your subway app already scammed me out of 40$ on orders that according to the restaurant just "didn't exist" why would I give this franchise just another opportunity to take my money and give me nothing or below garbage...

Has to update my review from 3 years ago from a 5 star to a 1 star. Zero if I could. I don't know if the workers hate their jobs or just don't care at all but when I pay a stupid amount for a sub and have to come home and rebuild it because they throw everything in clumps into the middle without taking the 5 seconds to spread the meat to the edges, and have to cut it myself when I get home, its absolutely ridiculous. You all act like sauce and veggies comes out of your paychecks, and have zero care in your job. It's very sad to see it go so badly downhill!!!!
