Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Pincher Creek

I ordered a Pepperoni Lovers Pizza for myself and my boyfriend on Friday and then went back on Canada Day and ordered the Handcrafted Pepperoni Duo with “extra cheese”. In the photo below there’s my comparison between “Extra” cheese and “Regular” cheese. To me the “Regular” cheese is what they describe on their app as “Light cheese” and the “Extra” cheese is what a pizza with “Regular” cheese should look like. For example when I go to other pizza joints such as Boston pizza their “regular” cheese is the same amount of your “extra cheese”. I also found that there was overwhelming amount of sauce in comparison to the cheese on my Pepperoni Lovers with “regular” cheese might I add. I did see another unhappy customer with a similar review. You responded “By seeing the photo, seems like the right amount of cheese was present on pizza but with the Pepperoni lover Pizza, the cheese gets attached to the crispy cooked pepperonis and when the pizza gets sliced the cheese sinks a bit between the slices along with the pepperonis. Might appears as a less cheese but will still taste same as sufficient toppings are added.” as someone who has cooked pizza themselves if you’re running into the issue of “cheese sinking” between the slices along with the pepperonis you aren’t making the pizza right. I can tell there is not a “sufficient” amount of toppings. Maybe you could start by evening out your cheese and sauce portion by adding more cheese and less sauce to...

After 4 years I decided to try this location again and what a disappointment!

I asked for light cheese light sauce and when I picked up my pizza I open the box. The pizza was not cooked enough to my satisfaction and still gooey inside. When I asked politely put the pizza back in the oven for another couple of minutes. The staff proceeded to argue with.

After watching the two of them discuss my pizza and man handle multiple slices of pizza I asked them to either put the pizza back in the oven or to refund me my $30 dollars back.

This argument lasted far too long before resulting in me in leaving the store and sending my husband inside to either retrieve a cooked pizza or money.

Long story short I am not eating a cooked pizza with multiple slices of my pizza touched by bar hands.

I will never return to this location. Twice was enough. I am extremely disappointed...
