Amazing staff!!! Few months ago I lost my wallet coming home on the 701 bus. I live in poco. I stopped at this coffee shop the next day getting a coffee I said ok ladies hold on I gotta dog through my purse. I told them I lost my wallet on the bus. Me and the 6 year old usually go once a week here for the after school treat, and it's always been a treat. Most of the staff members really go out of their way to help and accommodate our orders (dairy allergy. Pro tip get the almond milk), and the vibe is just relaxing.

This Waves is amazing, they are always so kind & speedy. Unfortunately this afternoon I walked into grab a coffee and witnessed a few very rude customers belittling staff and questioning why they do the things they do.
