Last week i was at this location and it will surely be my last. I wipl recommend this to any person i meet or see in the future. Not only was the wait painfully slow, they also forgot part of my order after charging me for it. After waiting 25 minutes in the drive through i was then asked to park where i waited another 15 minutes before finally getting fed up i went inside to see my order had not even been started yet. Instead of being polite and refunding my purchace i was argued with and told the time i waited wasnt the actual time . I had made a point of setting a timer and the total wait time was 32 minutes from the time i ordered at rhe drive through window. The employee can dispute this all he wants but it was what itnwas weather he like it or not. I was eventually refunded my money and told to leave the store which was my pleasure believe me. I understand places get busy. I understand people get overworked heck. I even understand having a bad day. But 30 some minutes and an argumentative employee when I went to get my order.? Extremely poor customer service And it employed making excuses for his laziness. Did not sit well with me or the other patrons who witnessed it.. You will never get my business again. And it is a shame how this location has dropped in it. It's ethics as it used to be a wonderful Restaurants to go to until these new owners took over. A word of advice to the argumentative employee. 1 day you will argue with the wrong person. And he will do more to you than Want his money back? The customer is always right. Read moreHad to repeat the order multiple times due to the language barrier of the entire staff only to have our order come out wrong, which has happened four consecutive times. This store has taken a terrible turn under the new ownership. all employees are hired based on the owners nepotism which further complicates things. Canada is a wonderfully multicultural country, but I'm tired of getting wrong orders at this location every time because the staff cannot communicate properly. Steer clear unless you actually want a smaller or entirely wrong order and didn't want to use your preferred paying method, cause their card reader doesn't work either. I should also mention that we were the sole customers in the store and drive thru at this time, and the items that we did get in our order were done sloppily ; the sunday topping only on one side and a very plain, obviously skimped Blizzard - which seems to be a recurring theme in...
Read moreI haven’t been able to order a custom ice cream cake for three years now. First it was because they needed 24 hours notice, fair enough. Then, they didn’t have anyone to do custom cakes (besides all the decorated cakes in the freezer), now they need 48 hours notice. My wife, despite being disappointed, decided to order food. Was told that it would take 30-45 minutes. As she was leaving she slipped on the wet floor. The staff did NOTHING apart from advise her to be careful.
Later, the same day, my extra son (a child who stays with us on the weekends), was at the store with his social worker. The staff initially refused to serve them for unspecified reasons. After some time spent discussing it with “the manager” they decided that they could in fact take their order. No explanation provided.
Also, I have yet to see a single burger being grilled in the restaurant. Only microwaved burgers being served.
