My review below was posted in haste. I now realize the employee very probably had an "invisible" disability. Please accept my apologies. Kudos to this restaurant for hiring and supporting them.
I will try my best in future to be more aware of these things before submitting reviews. ................... We 7 had breakfast on a Sunday. The inside restaurant wasn't busy. There was a new employee on the cash. She had difficulty receiving and placing our orders into the system. She got some help after a few minutes. Overall it took over 5 minutes to order. We then had to wait a bit for our order to be prepared. When it came it was incomplete. Also we got no napkins. They fixed things when we asked, but that too took time. Overall it was a less than great experience. I appreciate staffing is a problem these days, but the new employee needed more time working with a tutor alongside. She'd been sent "solo" too soon. Hopefully managers will do better with new...

HE MAKES MY COFFEE WRONG. EVERY TIME. It's not a difficult order... extra large coffee, add espresso, 4 cream... 3 sugar.... 3 times today(March 6, 2025) I experienced the same THING.(I kept dumping previous ones put as they were DISGUSTING (to me). I specifically... repeated the order this last time... 4 times... the LADY repeated it back, flawless. Entered the order on the screen, flawless. The guy that handed me my coffee, super nice kid hope he goes far in life. The buzz cut, dude that's always there, in the button up shirt.... if he's a manager or supervisor, needs to be retrained on COFFEE... and speed... and accuracy.. it's honestly the WORST service I've ever had from ANY Tim Hortons...
