Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Port Colborne

Placed an order on sunday which was delivered incorrectly ( pizza sauce, missing items etc ) When i called to make note of these mistakes i was made to feel like an inconvenience and told the girl i was speaking to not to worry about it.

A male employee called back a few minutes later and stated that they "were busy" and to call another time to have my order replaced... (which was fine )

Upon reordering today, my second, replacement order was STILL incorrect ... and i was made to pay for delivery ( I understand its not the delivery drivers fault, but this is something that the company should have covered at that point )

Deeply disappointed in both customer service and...

The pizza I ordered was on time and the delivery driver was decent. As to the order being correct, that's another story!! I ordered a pizza and bread sticks online from the Port Colborne location as the system kept telling me a pizza order wasn't costing enough for delivery. What a pain!!! When my order arrived it was pizza alone. I asked the delivery driver about bread sticks and was told read the receipt which showed pizza alone! So much for pizza cost alone not being enough! I will take this up with the Port Colborne store Manager when I'm in town vs phone or internet as person to person gets far better...

I have ordered several times from this pizza hut. the last 3 times have progressively been worse. This last order was 14 wings in medium buffalo sauce. The wings were very soggy and drenched in a watered down hot sauce. I also ordered cheesy pull apart bread. It wasn't even fully cooked. the cheese was even hard is spots. Very disappointed with any so called quality. For the expensive price of this food it should come perfectly well done and not watered down. Never ordering food from the port colborne pizza hut again. I caution everyone. This business will not last long in a town with several pizza and...
