Eh Amigos Cantina — Restaurant in Port Colborne

We stopped in during the car show Thursday evening and got the three taco dish & fries supreme to share between my man and I & two of our kids. Kinda like a car show snack. The staff recommended we skip the beef, as it’s got some kick for the kids so we did two chickens and one beef. The beef wasn’t too spicy for my son but was my daughter. Surprising cuz it’s usually the other way around. The staff also recommended the fries - the fries supreme was quite frankly the best I’ve had. They in my opinion have the best fries in town. I didn’t get to try the tacos but they are a mix of hard and soft shell, looking & sounding delicious. Both my kids loved them. Fast & Friendly service. Kitchen staff was friendly as well. All around a great place to eat.

Starting with the atmosphere this place was warm and inviting yet it's still fun. The service was very friendly and the food was so good I forgot to take pictures for the review. My wife and I started with drinks and an appetizer, Prickly Pear and Spinach Dip with corn tortilla chips. It was good and a very nice portion. The only reason I may not get it in the future is because neither of us were able to finish our dinners and thus did not get to try the churros either. We got the enchiladas with mixed meats and the Cuban quesadilla. Both were very, very tasty and each table comes with an assortment hotsauces to spice things up. Fun little place tucked on a main road. Driven by this restaurant and bar countless times and tried it by chance on a "Taco Tuesday". Ingredients were nice and fresh, and food very reasonably priced. They offer a tequila menu also, which is great! My only negative comment is - while the tequila menu had several well priced and interesting offerings - they were out of many choices the day I visited.
