I don't even know where to begin. The food is sloppily made and just to top it off the new owners and employees are lazy and just don't care. The pizza i guess is ok. Not the best but compared to a few other places in port colborne that sells pizza, its ok. The main problem is that the new owners and the employees are lazy. I've ordered at least around 9 times from this place since the new owners came in and they have always found a way to mess up my order. The first time getting something from Marios since the new owners took over, I ordered a party tray pizza and had it delivered to my house. I open the box and instantly realize the pizza ain't cut. Unless they started selling giant pizzas they forgot to cut my pizza. I get it, they might of been too busy and just forgot, so I disregarded it. Alot of other times they would forget my order of pop, so the delivery guy would come to my door step with a receipt with an order of pop on it, but no pop. not once but at least 3 times this has happened. A few times they have apparently forgot my order of want toppings I wanted and gave me the wrong toppings. Another thing I want to talk about is the delivery drivers. I've had many different delivery drivers and most of them are pretty ok people, there is this one that ticks me off. First of all, he has an attitude, not nice, has an angry screw face on every time I see him and he is just so rude. Another thing I want to point out about this guy is that there was one time I was paying with debit and I guess he didn't feel like holding my party tray pizza so he just set it on the ground to wait until I finished paying with the debit machine. We're not talking the pizza being in the heat containing bag. No we're talking the bare box on the nasty outside ground. Now I can get one mistake, but when you're messing up all the time that really tells me something. tells me they don't care. Read moreExtremely disappointed with our experience. Ordered takeout and was to pick up the meal in 30 to 40 minutes. When we arrived at the 40 minute timeframe, our order was not ready and we waited another 15 minutes to get the food. Shame on me, I should’ve checked the order for accuracy, but trusted that you would get all of your meal. Drove 10 minutes back to our friends place, and found out that three of the items we ordered were not in our package. Called back to advise that the order was incomplete and we were told that it just finished cooking and they didn’t put it in our package. No apology was made for the error. We requested delivery which then took 40 minutes to arrive at our location, meanwhile they said a driver was right there and could run it to us ASAP. The driver must have taken the scenic route. On top of this, the driver thinks he’s being funny by telling me that it wasn’t his mistake. (Not the right time to try and be funny) Now you may as well, top off the experience with the food quality. Read moreWe go to super Mario's all the time. It's our go to pizza place in port colborne. However today, when my husband went to pick up pizza and wings, they messed up our wing order. They gave us hot wings instead of (2lbs) Montreal streak spice. When my husband let them know of the mistake, they asked if we wanted a pound of the Montreal steak spice... my husband said okay, left and came back when they were ready. As he was walking away with the wings, the worker told him, now he (the worker) has to pay for it. Which is absolutely ridiculous. Is the owner really counting wings or something or telling the employees they have to pay, when there is a mistake? Anyways, the worker continued to make my husband feel badly, so my husband paid for the extra wings. I just have never heard of a restaurant that makes their employees pay for their mistakes, or making the customer pay for their mistakes.
Unfortunately, super Mario's has lost our business. Luckily there are many pizza places to choose from in Port Colborne.
FYI ... we would have taken the mistake of the hot wings but our kids are young and won't eat that...
