Port Promenade was the best part of our day trip to Port Colborne! The sun was shining and it was warming up a bit on the chilly October day that we went. This is where we got the best view of some really big ships going along the canal ... probably the biggest I've ever seen in my entire life! It appeared they wouldn't make it through the locks, but they did! It was such a nice walk along the water and there were lots of lovely shops lining the street on the opposite side. We ventured into the gift shop and the jewellery store where the workers were very knowledgeable and helpful.
