Pizza Factory Port Coquitlam — Restaurant in Port Coquitlam

I usually do not complain, but yesterday evening, my entire order was a problem: I paid about $44 for 3 large, 2-topping pizzas. The first pizza was supposed to be chicken and green olives, and it was not. This pizza was for the kids. It was chicken and green peppers. The kids hate green peppers. I have a picture of the whole pizza that I can submit for proof. The second pizza was supposed to be lean beef and banana peppers, and the meat smelled, tasted, and appeared like pork. We know what beef is because we've been eating it all our lives. We do not eat pork. I'm unsure how to proceed from here, but if this issue gets resolved, that would show how the owner(s) addresses complaints. Please...

Honestly, I would have to say the worst customer service I have every received. Put on hold/cut off mid conversation multiple times. Paid for a 2L as a part of my order but when delivered the guy ensured me I had never ordered one. When confronted he explained that he was never given one and to call the store. When I called the store I told them that I had the receipt in my hand and that I can see a 2L written on it. But the delivery guy insisted that I had never ordered one. Was waiting for a really long train the other day and was getting progressively more hungry whilst staring at the pizza sign across the street. We started off reading these other hilarious reviews, and then decided why not try it while waiting for the train. I can say I was pleasantly surprised, and I am a huge fan of the corporate, greasy, guilty pleasure pizzas. The price was really reasonable and the quality was better than expected.
