Disgusting experience. These guys sold us Babari bread, that upon opening at home was filled with mold and was dry as cardboard. There was no freshness date. Then when my husband called to complain to both sales person and manager they obfuscated and circled on dumb, stupid and incoherent arguments wasting precious time and NOT taking responsibility or acknowledgement of their horrible wreck of inconsumable baked good. To make things worse, we checked the freshness date on two cans of food purchased there and were shocked they sold food from April 2024...over a year old. This, can make people very ill, and shockingly there food license should be stripped...how utterly disgusting and disgraceful...Food Health and Safety department should be investigating these idiots!! Reprehensible. Never go there.!!! Warning! These people will fail because they are rude and do not stand behind their products. No apology given!!! Like l said they are reprehensible and...

Tanoor Bakery is by far our favorite place in the Tri-Cities for Iranian-style bread. We’ve been getting Barbari from them for a long time and were so excited when they recently started offering Sangak too, it’s just as delicious!

What really makes this place special is the owner. He’s always so kind and welcoming. One time, I showed up right before closing, and their payment system was already shut down. I didn’t have any cash on me, but he still gave me the bread and told me to just pay next time I’m around. That kind of trust and generosity really stuck with me.

Since then, I don’t go anywhere else for Persian bread. Even when I’m shopping at Persian markets, I always look for Tanoor’s bread. Not only is it fresh and tasty every single time, but the owner’s kindness makes supporting this bakery feel even better. I always recommend them...

I just want to let everyone know that I went to the bakery for buying a few Taftons in Friday evening last week and a lady there offered me to buy some fresh halim , i asked her of its fresh and she said that she had just cooked it and put it in the fridge ,so I bought two Containers. Both of them were rusted .The containers were with out any lables and dates .I went there on Monday evening to let them know .They didn’t even apologised about that and after a few call to the owner, asked me to provide the receipt. i just wanted to share that , because i dont want it to happen to...
