I feel sorry for the owner of this location. Staff at this location have horrible customer service! Tonight is the second time I have sent my boyfriend to this location to grab us food after the gym which is usually around 9:30-9:40 and every time he goes there the same girl lies and says they are out of bread so she doesn't have to work! Sending us on the run around to find another location! You are getting paid to be there! Do your job! I caught her in her lie tonight as she turned my boyfriend away saying there was no bread I called the store and asked if I could get a sub pre-made as they are suppose to legally serve til 10 and I would pick up right away first off she argued with me that they are closed when it was still 9:45 then finally with attitude she asked me what I wanted and I asked for a whole wheat sub and she asked what onit? That's when I asked her so you do have bread? And she knew she was caught. When I asked her name and when the manager would be in she hung up the phone on me. Never heard before that any of the store maintain these kind of records of customers š and even they discuss on all those nonsense things internally for all the customers š¤¦. For them, customer service is nothing. After knowing all their own blunders, also, they forced to accept the wrong order without any guilt or showing any courtesy. And the most funniest thing in all this experience is, she expect respect and smiles from customers from customers but she don't know to behave the same way with the customer. I am a huge customer to Subway and I have never had worse service than at this location. They never have more than 1 employee working and at peak times (such as dinner rush), on every occasion it has taken 45 minutes to 1 hour just to order one sub. This location is 3 minutes from my house, but now I drive to a further location because it's actually faster to drive the longer distance and order at another one.
Not only do they have a snails pace to make your sub, the staff are not friendly and easily confused about orders that slightly differ from the norm. I love Subway, but will not be coming back to this specific location...
