It wasn't a busy time when I came here. No one in front and no one behind.
I ordered two coffee drinks with oat milk and proceeded to pay. After I paid, they then told me that they don't have oat milk and offered almond milk. That's all fine, but it would've been nice to be told that before I paid.
Next I wait a minute or two at the window, but then was asked to wait by the loading bay for my drinks. I drive into the loading bay area and wait. I'm thinking that it shouldn't take too long especially since they aren't busy to begin with. As 10 minutes go by, I see car after car drive off from the store and none of them needed to wait, but there was still no sign of any worker and the drinks I ordered.
At this point I was getting frustrated having been told to wait while other people were being served quickly. So I go inside the store and ask for my drinks. There were 6 to 8 workers inside, yet half of them seemed to be standing around not doing much. Surely one of these workers must've been handling my order. When I asked, they sounded confused and started asking their colleagues, but they also seemed confused. They forgot.
When I finally received my drinks, there was a dried up spill mark on the cup and it was only 70% filled.
The quality of service coming out of this store based on my experience today was horrendous. Maybe it's a one off, but how does a store have 6-8 workers and half of them not doing much, to then proceed to tell a customer to wait by the loading bay only to not show up, and completely forget two very simple drinks that wasn't correct to begin with, as other customers drive by satisfied.

Read moreI have been coming to this Tim Hortons a lot… like at least 3x a week (don't judge me!) and I have been lucky enough to get to know the staff at the window. Everyone I meet there is sweet, has a smile, a kind word, makes up my order fast and really seems to care. And while I don't know everyone's name, I do want to highlight some extra special people I see often:

Pahul - my girl! She ALWAYS has a smile on her face, always a sweet greeting and always professional. She makes little hearts on my wraps and cheers me on a cloudy day. Sunshine personified!
Suhkdeep - An absolute angel! Always excited to say hello and always wants to make sure my order is perfect.
Dheeraj - He has such a gentle, kind way about him and is forever in a good mood. I don’t think I’ve ever seen him not smiling.
Arshman - This man has mesmerized (several) of my orders! Plus he always goes out of his way to say hello!
Gina - I have seen Gina at this TH for years. She is always prompt with my order and always greets me with a cheery “hello ma’am!”
Manjukaur - one of the newer folks I've gotten to meet, she is always a delight.
Shout out the following folks who I don't see as often, but are always professional and friendly to me:
Luis, Heidi, and if I forgot you on this list and I see you all the time, please know I adore and appreciate your hard work!!!!
I want the Tim Hortons CEO to see these names and treat them ALL to something special! They deserve it and more! These staff are the main reason I spend my money at Tim Hortons and not their beverage/food...
Read moreI just finished a 7000 km road trip. Finally came back home to my local Tim Hortons to find the worst drive thru experience during that time. This location I happen to have frequented for over a year. They have let me down for the last time - enough for me to actually write a review.
I don't want to give one star. But that would be dishonest. They have screwed up the my order 20% of the time in my experience (missing items, wrong items after leaving drive thru). But when you pay for something, that's simply inexcusable. This time not only did they make a mistake on my order. They also took my money, and then explained that they had no hashbrowns. Many, many customers were very angry in the lineup before me. Poor service. Sad.
