I did go on line to see what they had at the poco location and I get there and go down the aisle with all the kid Birthday party decorations and I am looking and I was thinking maybe I missed the black Panther so I go down again and Nothing.
I find a guy and ask him for help finding the black Panther decorations and if they have any thing he just looked at me and said maybe it is on line just go on line why would I go online if I went on the website and looked for the stuff I the store has in stock went there with the idea of just getting the Black panther party decorations to go home again then I get up the the cashier and ask her and she is like yes we do and it is on this end that doesn't make sense and t and there was not much there very desaponted i ask her ok do you guys have a pinata then she took us to it And it was at the other end of where she shows us the end and on the top shelf she goes to get the ladder to get it we get back up to the front or the store and there are people who are like where are the cashier's and the guy who told me that it must be an online thing is in the aisle I think it was his second shift I felt bad for him but the customer service is bad they almost lost an $ 80.00 dollar sale and I work in customer service and if that was my work we'd be in a for a talking too about customer service.

   Read moreI am honestly a zero review person but the experience I got yesterday was incredible poor. I have always come here to buy all my birthday stuff and I always leave with such a great mood but not until yesterday that I entered the store with my friend which decorations was for her bday in an optimistic and such a good mood until we got to the cashier. The girl (with a Canadian tire sweater at closing shift) approached us with such a bad attitude and was so so disrespectful, at some point my friend told me to leave everything and go because she felt so uncomfortable being around this girl, and I told her no. We both work in the costumer service and we were quite surprised by how rude this girl was to us. After finally leaving the store, I told another lady how her employee was so bothered for charging us and she gave us another attitude response to âI donât know who was with youâ when she was there the whole time walking around and helping us with some items we couldnât reach and dropping them off. This is by far the poorest costumer service I had as a costumer and it makes me donât want to be these employees at my work place. I have zero intend on visiting this...
   Read moreMay 24th â 9:30 AM I went in to buy foil letter balloons, specifically to spell out âPROM?â There were two women working, a younger employee (with an emo style) and an older woman (possibly named Angel?). I told them what I needed, and the younger one said, âWe donât have the letter O.â I mentioned it shows they have three in-stock online, and she just replied, âWelp, we donât.â đł
No offer to double-check. No âLet me see if they were moved,â or even, âUnfortunately, sometimes the system doesnât match our in-store inventory.â Nothing.
The older employee pulled the other letters they did have, and I noticed the âPâ was in different packaging. I pointed this out, and she responded, âThis is all I have. Theyâre the same thing.â I let her know theyâre not, one was 34â and the other 32â, with different finishes. She insisted, âNo theyâre not, we use them all the time.â She later realized they were in-fact different sizes and didnât apologize.
Customer service needs serious improvement. Know the products youâre selling. A customer shouldnât have to point out differences in your own Merchandise. The attitude from both employees...
