I recently visited the Tim Hortons at 1320 Kingsway in Port Coquitlam, and I must say, it was one of the best experiences Iâve ever had at a Tim Hortons! The highlight of my visit was witnessing the exceptional leadership and professionalism of Lita, the manager.
Lita truly goes above and beyond to ensure that everything runs smoothly. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that her team operates like a well-oiled machine under her guidance. She was attentive to customersâ needs, supported her staff with kindness, and managed the busy atmosphere with ease and a smile.
Not only was the service quick and efficient, but Litaâs positive energy made the environment so welcoming. She took the time to personally check on customers, ensuring everyone felt valued and had what they needed. Itâs rare to see someone so dedicated to creating a pleasant experience for both customers and her team.
The food and coffee were prepared perfectly (and letâs face it, nothing beats a fresh Timâs coffee), but what truly sets this location apart is the outstanding customer service. Litaâs leadership is clearly the secret ingredient that makes this Tim Hortons a cut above the rest.

   Read moreFirst time coming to this location. Went to drive thru for double espresso with milk Got the cup at the window and drove off 3 meters and decided to check my cup. Got only milk in the cup. I backed up to the window and told them that I only got milk. They took the milk and after a few seconds gave me a new cup. I drove off 3 meters but decided to check again even though I was convinced they'd get it right this time. But this time only the coffee in the cup. No milk. This time there are cars lining up. So had to park and walk to the window again. Had to wait until 2 cars are done being served. Than I told them I only got coffee. He responded we gave you the milk. So confused. Anyway.. I asked them to make a new one.. double espresso with milk while I stood there. They said it's gonna take some times. But in like 20 seconds a new cup was given to me. I checked.. everything looks right. I walked to my car and drove off. I drink the coffee and it's like luke warm to almost room temperature. I wanted a quick grab of an espresso ended up spending too much time and got an almost room temperature coffee.    Read moreI have been going to this location for years almost every morning. Yesterday was the first time I complained about anything. A few things were not correct and they offered to replace them next time I was in. One of the complaints was that my French Vanilla's were not full, they were at least 2 inches from the top. This morning I went through the drive thru and they replaced the items that were incorrect. Drinks were nice a full and the other items were correct. I went to take a sip of my French Vanilla and it tasted like coffee with a faint hint of the french vanilla. I do not like strong coffee taste. I called them back to tell them about it, that either they topped the drink off with coffee or the machine needed to be looked at becuase it was not mixing the correct strength of the French Vanilla. I was told because I was already given a free French Vanilla they could not replace it again for me even though it was not correct. It wasn't their fault that it was the machines fault? Really? I will not be going to this location ever again.
