I don't usually make reviews for fast food because I used to work fast food so I understand what it's like. But I did a mobile order 10 minutes before arriving hoping I would get my food when I got there or at least wait 5 minutes But no I waited an extra 10 minutes Which wouldn't be a problem if they were busy but I was the only car in the Drive Thru. They told me to park in the front to wait. Finally, when the employee came out, he didn't remember what me or my car looked like (which is fine) even though I was the only obvious car parked directly in front of the entrance. Finally got the hint that I must be the customer. And I'm not sure if he was having a bad day but he didn't seem happy at all And when I stuck out my hand to grab the bag, he just shoved it into my hand. I'll give the benefit of the doubt and hope he didn't mean to do that. But no words at all. No "Sorry for the wait" No "have a nice day", nothing. I know it's a fast food job, but I just feel like they could do a bit of a better job in the "customer satisfaction" department. Read moreMust have been an off night. I’d checked the hours of operation prior to arriving at approx 9:30pm, August 11th, and placed a mobile order. Once I arrived, the Drive-thru screen said they are now closed, but the door to the restaurant was still open so I came inside and it was empty. I called out for an employee for about 2 minutes to no avail, so I phoned the restaurant and sure enough, the employee Ramon(?) came out, and when asked why the drive thru said closed and no one would respond to my call outs, her response was “we are doing working in the office right so like that’s the reason it says closed but we are open.”
This response as well as the optics doesn’t sit too great - first off, my order wasn’t even being prepared as the order screen is by the drive thru, and the employee was seemingly unaware anyone was coming in or that an order was placed. Second off, this is just a clear safety concern for your establishment as I had 2 minutes without so much as a peep. The office door was closed too, and only opened once the phone rang 3 times.
3 stars for preparing the food fast once alerted, but I think it would be worthwhile to speak with your staff about their work ethic and...
Read moreI'm so generous give this place a 1 star. I went there with my teenage daughter at 5pm drive thru. Nobody serve, we drove to the window...there are 3 employees in there. Nobody looked at us. I parked my car and went inside. Only one guy standing in front of the cashier. No one came to him and he was mad, because his friends who were sitting were done eating. He was still waiting for his sandwich I don't know for how long he's been waiting for it. After this guy served 10 min later. We stand there ..and wait to be served..they saw us say nothing and started to served the drive thru ( 2 cars !! ) . They looked at us again and didn't say anything, no smile. Cold !!!. We were still waiting. My daughter refused to leave.. and we stil waiting...until more than 30 min, 3 more people came and stand behind me. Nobody greet and serve. Finally we left after almost 40 min. We were so mad but they ignore d us being mad and we. went to McDonald's in Walmart and we served right away. I won't go back to that BK again. I will go to BK at Coquitlam Mall instead. Even our house just 2 min away from there. So disappointing. I should video tape it. Seriously...it's 40...
