Beware of this location’s drive thru.

To start with…They never give you the correct portion for nuggets.

I order 10, the most I ever get is 9, today I got 8. Counted them in the drive thru and the mananger/supervisor opened the window to ask me what I was waiting for. Told her I was counting the nuggests. She said the rest are at the bottom of the bag - she should know as only five were in the pack, the rest was dumped at the bottom of the bag. Sorry was putting it in the container too much trouble?

She was very rude. Told me to give it back so she could count. I said no (I can count and with her attitude she’d probably spit in my food) So she rolled her eyes and slammed the window and walked off.

Side note, if they don’t have the food you want ready they tell you and I quote “just drive around for five minutes then come back” no parking bays and the only option is pitch black in a merge lane if you want to be in earshot. They won’t walk the order out so even if you do park in the very unsafe dark bit near the drive through, you still have to go back around. I get that you don’t want your employees going out in the dark at night, you really think we want to sit in ours cars in the dark just hoping you’re working on our order? Just let people wait in the window where it’s light and safe.

Shame about the terrible service and theft of my nuggets because the ones I did get...

For someone who lives on coast Meridian and loves Wendy's it's the only fast-food I will eat I went to this Wendy's many many times and over 50% of the time there is something either wrong with the order are there is mushy Tomatoes the fries are cold or not salted are something is wrong out of everyone needs I've ever been to this has to be by far the worst and it's not a one-time visit sort of thing I've went there at least 30 to 40 times over the last three to four years I actually go out of my way to go over the overpass on Lougheed now and go to the one on United Boulevard it's the only one so far I trust around here for my order at Wendy's

So I thought I'd give it one more try today it's actually my birthday on top of this and I order a number 9 spicy and the Tomato that comes on it is completely mushy and pure liquid my just chicken Asiago is soggy and I'm not even going to eat it the fries were cold and not salted I'm so done with this specific Wendy's it's not even funny it's sad how bad they are at getting orders correct and making quality orders I am never coming here again

After reading through the comments I guess this is on myself it is clear that this is not only me that has this happened the manager seems to respond to every post yet nothing seems to change it's really sad such a good franchise being run by such...

I visited this Wendy's last on July 2, Wednesday. I went through the drive through an hour before they were to close that night. I ordered really simple burgers such as two JBC's and two spicy chicken burgers. The same order I make at every single Wendy's i go too. I also tried to order a strawberry lemonade, but when I got to the window the lady told me they had none left and tried to hand me a regular lemonade, I politely said I really didn't prefer regular lemonade and would it be okay to dump a small portion of that lemonade out of that cup and mix that cup of lemonade with some strawberry Fanta? The lady then filled a new cup up with just straight strawberry Fanta and handed it to me.. I took it because at the time i had believed her. Later after driving away I couldn't even drink it at all because it was not what I wanted at all and I did not like the taste. But anyways, They said it would be a five minute wait for fresh chicken burgers which i was more than happy to oblige and go park nearby and wait. I got my order and drove away and ate my burgers. The next morning I woke up so sick with Food Poisoning from this Wendy's. I had to call in sick to work I was feeling so ill. Not cool. Hire some people who wash their hands, and can understand basic...
