Absolutely shocked at the people working here. I dont even know where to start. I wanted a chicken salad, told her I had an allergy to an ingredient and asked if they make them fresh or they are already made. She said they were made already and could pick it out. (Pick a food out of my salad, that I'm alergic to) 🤨 I said...um that's not going to work. She did offer to get them to make me a new one, but it took some time for her to confirm this with the food makers, all the while a line was growing behind me. I said if it's too much, don't worry. The lady insisted its fine. Ok perfect. Then I went to do my scene card as the cash says, collect points here! Big swining thing on their cash. So I did. But no one knew how to do it. An incredibly rude and miserable boy came from the back to help (he was making burgers) and after many more minutes, I said don't worry about it, there is a massive line behind me now and I'm not holding them up anymore. HE THREW MY CART AT ME. what the actual heck??? I said "or you can not throw my card at me!!" Both woman at cash looked mortified and gave me the impression he is a jerk. Read moreHaven’t been for awhile so I ordered through the app using a coupon code. The app is one of the best I’ve seen yet. I opted for drive thru for pick up option and paid ahead, all smooth. It said my pickup time is 5:51 pm. I arrived at 5:49 to find the drive thru was closed. I went inside and there was a long lineup but saw the mobile order sign that said “Harvey’s in a hurry” there was one lady in front of me and I heard the employee ask her what time her pickup was and she said 6:00 and he said it’s not ready yet. It’s now 5:51pm, my pickup time, and he went on to help other customers that came to the regular order line. At 6:00 he provided the lady with her order and then when I approached I told him it was a mobile order and then started preparing it, I finally got my meal past 6:10 pm. Why ask in the app if I want to pickup at drive thru when it is closed, and why wait to prepare the lady’s food if she’s early without checking the second person in line. The cashier who was in her early 20s couldn't figure out my change because I gave her an extra dime so my change would be an even dollar amount because she already rang through the odd amount she couldn't figure out the ten cent round up!! Grade 3 math folks!! And this service is worth 14 an hour really??! Update response from Harvey's ...does this strike anyone else as condensending and rude??
