Calling me irate, unreasonable and disrespectful when I have the emails to say otherwise. And head office CUSTOMER SERVICE is a JOKE they keep saying we'll escalate this matter every time I call! What does that even mean?? Don't try to speak to a supervisor because they don't have supervisors to speak to customers. They gave me a drink with the lid not secured and it spilled in my car all over my floor under the mat, and they tried to apologize via email by offering me 4 free value meals. They thought I would take the meals but they were wrong. They think every customer complaint is so that they can get free meals or something. I wanted to be compensated for the damage they did by paying to get it cleaned, but they refused and started claiming that I was being irate and abusive in the email. The reason they said that is so that the head office reads the notes they left and blame it on the customers. It is obvious that head office DOES NOT FOLLOW UP WITH CUSTOMERS COMPLAINTS. McDonald's restaurant does not need my review to show that they are the WORST McDonald's around just read all the other reviews. Why do you think they are rated 3.6โญ๏ธ and that's because they SUCK at what they do.
The joke is I asked the lady in the drive-through if my entire order was in the bag, and she responded confidently saying that it was. I checked the bag in the parking lot and guess what, it was missing 2 sandwiches so I guess that defeats the drive through convenience as I had to walk back in.

Being told lunch was not served for another ten minutes, she asked to purchase the happy meals, and simply wait for them to be made while she entertained the kids. She was told no, and without choice had to continue through the busy drive thru, without an order. At the first window, a lovely young girl asked about her order, which she said she did not have one due to the circumstances. The girl said it wasnโt a problem for her to wait, took her order and payment and told her to wait at the end of the drive thru. My mom proceeded to do so.
After about 10 minutes a staff member came out and rudely asked my mom why she was sitting there. She explained the situation againโฆ the staff left. Shortly after another employee returned and aggressively said she didnโt have an order because she did not pay for one, needed to leave and walked away. My mom found the order on her interact app, walked to the building now to show the staff her paid for order. The staff said they would make her order. She waited another 5 or so minutes for them to return with her order, and not without further rudeness that she drove away from the second window and the entire issue was her fault.
I am beyond beside myself how my mom was treated. It wasnโt just one staff member, it was multiple. The overall rudeness given to my mom, even after paying, is just disgusting. I live close, and frequent this location. I have never in my life been subject to such rudeness from hospitality and service staff, let alone to a paying customer. Normally the fries are COATED, and the salt is visible, but you could neither taste nor see salt on those fries
Now for the main problem - my friend ordered the avocado chicken wrap, and we received our order and she got her fries and drink, but no wrap in sight. My dad went up and told the staff the wrap was missing, and asked for the wrap Now keep in mind, our order had already taken 15 minutes to make - so having to wait longer for a missing item is frustrating The wrap wasnt being made, and we wait another 7-8 minutes before my dad asked another staff member from the kitchen This member got agressive and rude, and explained how the wraps take 8 minutes to make (mind you it has been 25 ish minutes already - 3 wraps could have been made in this time) Eventually we received a wrap, and my dads meal had grown cold by now I was gonna not write a review, as the jerk staff member gave a refund and eventually succeeded in doing her job - BUT she could be heard LOUDLY complain about my dad and the wrap situation from the kitchen! She was complaining how we were told the wrap took eigjt minutes and there was nothing else they could do - GIRL WHAT?!
