I was there for footlong sub. And there was new veggie sub chimichurri..before i read it from the menu(on tv) it was gone. Then i asked dilpreet who works there for the new vieggie sub chimi ( i just said chimi cz i read that only) and she said something that i didnt hear. She took footlong bread and put mozzarella cheese and toasted it so i asked what is that.. she said mozzarella melt. I said i wanted to order chimichurri and she said no you asked for mozzarella melt. Then i said could you pls change this to chimichurri veggie sub and then she said you have wasted out sub so you have to pay for it. Even after i said you can use the same bread. Its all been recorded in camera. She forced me to pay for that sub . And i left the store . She could have handled it different way bt she chose to b rude.. i have worked in restaurants and if you make wrong order or customer change their mind .. or anyone could have done that mistake. You have to give them a new one.. i wasnt asking for free.. . Bt she was rude.. and if you think i was wrong. Pls reply to my complaint and i will stop by to your location. Read moreThis happened on 1/18/2023, the server was rude and very aggressive, Also while she’s training a new staff. I also noticed that while she’s cleaning(spraying and wiping the glass), when she put the glass down to cover the ingredients, she didn’t do it for the rest of the counter(ingredients), the spray of the chemicals could have spread to the other counter(ingredients). I wasn’t able to get the name but she has a curly hair and there’s 3 staff 1 trainee. It is also not a busy time for her to act aggressively and making the customer feel uncomfortable because she want’s to do it faster, giving the customer less time to pick and choose. This store doesn’t deserve a 1 star. I emailed the head office and the store owner responded with an apology but that’s about it, I replied but he didn’t communicate anymore. They should go for more trainings especially with FOOD...
