The quality of drinks have gone down. My smoothies don’t taste anything like they do at the other two locations, and they are extremely watery. I go here almost every morning. I would say 80% of the time my drinks are not made correctly. The drink is what I ordered but the employees do not use correct ingredients. The drinks usually taste bitter. I have heard from a friend of a friend that workers will use the wrong juice if the correct one is out because it’s too much work to refill the juice in the machine. After nearly 15 minutes of waiting, not being helped or even acknowledged I walked out. There was one other customer in there already sitting down waiting for her order when I walked in to place my order. The young girl running the store this evening has really poor service skills and definitely can't operate more than 1 machine at a time.
