Our waiter in the bar side was fantastic.... if only I could say the same for the rest of our experience. A waitress brought our mains out with not cutlery ( no biggie), I asked for the bill after eating only a corner of the plate of pasta, and my boyfriend getting a cut on his lip from the toothpic thing they use to hold the big dipper together. It happened to be either a shift supervisor or shift manager I assume that I asked for the bill, he asked if I wanted a to go box for sure NOT. He comes back with the debit machine and as I am paying asks how everything was, so I told him the pasta was not good at all, little to no sauce and the noodles were 100% mush, ny boyfriends proceeds to explain about his lip that is still bleeding.... not even a good response from this guy aside from "im sorry to hear that" .... really?
I could never think of responding to complaints like that in that manner as someone with 10 years customer service as a background, no offer of anything and IF he wasn't a shift supervisor or manager there wasn't even an off to get the manager. However he was definitely in a red button up shirt that leads me to believe he would have been the guy on duty tonight..... thankfully with our appy, and mains and 2 beer it was only 100 after tip. Will not be going back n really sad cause I'm here for work and if one of my fav...
Read moreI called and very specifically said I was nearly out of town and would rather not have to make a trip back in. I placed my order with a manager and explained my need for accuracy as my reason for this. I was assured no problem. I repeatedly said it was for pick up. My husband hadn't come home from work yet and was going to get it before coming home. First she sent out delivery. That's nine dollars for my area. Then, she got confused with my husband and said they lost our order. Once we had our food, they had forgotten the gravy we ordered- I wouldn't care but my family enjoys it and we paid over ten dollars for just 3 orders of it. The chicken strips were bland- no wonder they gave us so much plum. My husband had to go back into town for the gravy, where they not only didn't offer to refund us the delivery, (as it was never meant to be and now we've gone back) they refused to refund the gravy. We were after twenty minutes given 3 thin brown liquids that were tasteless. My family has struggled since covid and my mother having a stroke. We haven't spent this kind of money in a long time. I will not be returning to this...
Read moreI haven't been to BP in a long time. My partner and I traveled far and hungry. Ordered ribs. Wish we didn't. I'm shocked they're even allowed to serve them. I can purchase Lou's ribs from a grocery store and make better. Seemed so cheap. Not meeting restuarant quality expectations. Will never purchase them again. I also regretted going with the coleslaw, which I was excited for. If I knew it was that bad, I would have chosen a different side. The server knew I wanted the slaw too and didn't even question why I didn't eat it. The server didn't even ask how the food was. I felt uncomfortable having to bring it up. The server asked how we were, while walking away. So couldn't converse over it. We were too tired from a long day to even bother. However, the garlic mashed are good. I wish I went with the spaghetti and meatballs. However, the ribs were so bad, I don't know how other items are.... worried to waste our...
