Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Quebec

Hi, I ordered the food yesterday and pizzas were not cooked properly, not in shape, not proper portioning, not enough toppings. I paid around 100$ for food. I asked the employee to remake it or give me refund but he called the Manager and Manager also refuse to give me remake or refund. As I am also the employee of Dominos’s at other location of other province, so I know all the procedures to solve customers problems and issues but the staff over there were not polite and not ready to help the store. Très déçu du service et particulièrement d'une certaine employé nommée Pascale qui n'eut aucun respect pour moi. En effet, je commande une pizza en ligne à 10h30 et lorsque j'arrive au restaurant à 10h40 les portes sont fermées et la dite Pascale me fait signe que le restaurant est fermé sans venir me voir. J'insiste pour qu'elle vienne m'ouvrir étant donné que j'ai pris une commande, mais elle continue de faire signe que le restaurant est fermé et ne prend même pas la peine de venir me voir malgré que j'insiste en frappant à la porte. Elle préfère se réfugié à l'arrière du restaurant mais j'insiste durant un bon 30 seconde. Un autre employé se rend compte que je tente de parler à quelqu'un et viens me voir. Compréhensible, il va donc chercher la dite Pascale et finalement elle vient me voir et me dit qu'elle a annuler ma commande étant donné qu'ils ont été dans le jus et qu'il ferme à 10h45 alors que sur la porte il est bien marqué que la fermeture est pour 23h...

Je comprend que j'ai peut-être pris une commande à la dernière minute, mais j'aurai aimé avoir un appel pour me dire que m'a commande est annulé et au moins avoir une explication plutôt que de me faire renvoyer sans aucune explication... Elle savait pourtant très bien qu'elle avait annulé une commande en ligne et lorsque je me présente elle ne prend même pas le temps de venir me parler pour m'expliquer la situation. C'est une attitude franchement dégoûtante et particulièrement venant de la responsable...

1 star for the “service”. Ordered pick up from the website. When I got there to pay, I was asked by the cashier “how much tip do you want to leave: 15, 20, 25%?”. Not sure what service was made or even the appropriateness of this question. I have never been asked this question in a proper dine in restaurant. Further, my friend went to pick up the pizza after I paid, and was asked to leave when requesting extra sauce. Enjoy the 8$...
