So glad we decided to stop by on our trip back to Ottawa from Mont St Anne. We had heard about La Souche when they were selling the Joggeuse Nano IPA at Quebec Mega Trail this past weekend. We loved the beer, something light, low alcohol and with electrolytes for the busy bodies. When we stopped by La Souche on our way home, we loved the vibe and decor immediately. An amazing variety of beer to choose from on tap, so flights were an obvious option. Between the two of us we tried a red, a few IPAs, and a sour - all very good. The fun one for us was 10e avenue (quadruple belge). We had great chats with friendly and knowledgeable staff, that is always the cherry on top - wonderful staff, thank you for entertaining us. We followed our stay with many many cans to go and hope to be back when we're in the area again. Thank you for your service!

I recently visited La Souche bar on Limoilou Street in Quebec City, renowned for its exceptional beers. The experience surpassed my expectations, offering a delightful array of experimental flavors that undoubtedly rank among the best I've ever tasted in Quebec. We indulged in American, Irish, and Munich beers, each a testament to the brewery's commitment to quality. The ambiance was enhanced by the welcoming and helpful staff, who added to the overall positive experience. La Souche is a must-visit for beer enthusiasts seeking a journey into unique and palate-pleasing brews. My time at this establishment left a lasting impression, and I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a memorable beer-tasting adventure in Quebec City. Cheers!

Didn't like this place at all. We visited on a Sunday night as tourists. The area was far and nothing interesting was going on. We entered and a waitress sat us. We were waiting 10min for a menu and another waiter came with attitude and told us we should scan some QR code. If you want people to scan you should tell them once they get there like any other places in the world!!! And then they went and didn't come back for a while! Since the place and the menu were nothing special and we didn't care for their bad hospitality, we prefered to walk back another 30min to a place that we are welcome at least😡 Don't recommend this place to any tourists.

My wife and I had an incredible experience at La Souche - Microbrasserie (Limoilou). From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed and valued — the atmosphere is warm and inviting, making it feel like a hidden gem.

What really stood out was how accommodating they were with the brewery tour. Even though the tour was technically full, they still made room for us without any hesitation, which made the experience feel exclusive and personal. The staff was knowledgeable and passionate about their craft, which made the tour both informative and engaging.

The food and drinks were reasonably priced and perfect for sharing, making it an affordable yet high-quality experience. It was such a great way to spend time together — we’ll definitely be...
