Great little gem of a restaurant showcasing authentic El Salvadorian cuisine. We enjoyed creating our own plate and selecting the items that were most appealing to us. They have a great menu with a huge variety of drinks and dishes to select from. This is a fairly busy restaurant and therefore service was a little slow, but it is well worth the wait. Amazing and authentic! Thlse two words describe the experience. The ambiance felt just like as if I was bavk home in Central America. The chili con carne is to die for. The guacamole was delivious, well, everything was great. The pupusas, mmmm... I order extra to take out :) Very reasonable price! We ordered two full platters (special mami and can't remember my husband's order), plus three pupusas, plus a pitcher of beer for a total of not even $50!!!! Food is okay, love the nachos but they’re on the pricy side and I usually end up having to order them twice. Wait time for food is about 40 minutes and the waitress was very rude to my friend because she couldn’t afford to give a big tip on a 77$ bill. She came back to complain about not getting enough tip and was incredibly rude when my friend explained she couldn’t afford to pay a big tip because she’s a college student.
