So glad we decided to stop by on our trip back to Ottawa from Mont St Anne. We had heard about La Souche when they were selling the Joggeuse Nano IPA at Quebec Mega Trail this past weekend. We loved the beer, something light, low alcohol and with electrolytes for the busy bodies. When we stopped by La Souche on our way home, we loved the vibe and decor immediately. An amazing variety of beer to choose from on tap, so flights were an obvious option. Between the two of us we tried a red, a few IPAs, and a sour - all very good.
