Rock'N Deli — Restaurant in Quebec

Me and my family after a long road trip had been craving for halal smoked meat, and we looked for hours and hours on end until we found rock n deli. We do not understand much around as there is a language barrier however, most people we greet are never impatient nor rude, until we met the employees at Rock N Deli. The employees without any normal greeting or simple gestures had immediately, in an impatient manner, told us that they were closed at that certain time. Both had also chuckled as if we said something funny, and under my understanding, restaurants of high quality give the customers the utmost respect and expect the same back. These two employees failed to understand that and need to be scolded for their behaviour. This had taken place on Friday and it was the closing shift as well. Please fix this problem. I asked for a poutine with smoked meat. The woman replies that the special comes with a pogo and ask if that's what I want. I replied yes! There was no smoked meat in my poutine! When I say so, she replied that the poutine comes with a pogo, not with the smoked meat. It says on the huge sign " festival de la poutine, format régulier 5,49. Smoked meat pour 2$ extra... I did not insist because that woman was already being super defensive! Then we get to eat. My boyfriend asked for a steak Philly sandwiches. As per the sign, it comes with steak, cheese, onions, peppers and mushrooms... Welp no peppers and no mushrooms seen today!!

Seriously, they can't make the basic items on their menu, kinda ordinary!

Never going back there again! Regret not...
