Starbucks — Restaurant in Quebec

On trips, passing by this location, we stop for our drinks. I spend between 100$-150$ a week, at different locations across Canada/USA. Always order the same. The girl making our coffees didn't get the order quite right. I asked if she could do the modifications, politely and patiently. With an attitude she promptly responded that what I asked was not possible for her! That was not how she made her drinks, she had no idea what or how to make the difference between a flat white and a latte. And I was asking her to get me someone who did, and was told to go elsewhere if I wanted a specialty coffee! REALLY?? Awful disgusting people skills and customer service! And not first time I get attitude here... but this just made me call...

20 minutes for an iced chai. Oof. Store was filthy. This isn't the fault of the people working there, they were doing their best while being absolutely slammed, but it's an overall problem with starbucks trying to switch to a business model (drive thrus, mobile orders, speed over quality) that it was absolutely not made for. I don't go to starbucks anymore unless I have at least 30 minutes to kill, because that's about how long it takes me to get a drink regardless...

I usually go to this starbucks everyday and I spend between 50 to 100$ a week on starbucks and I give tip every single time, I went last week and asked for two beverages and an extra cup of ice to do a tiktok drink and got denied a cup of ice, I asked can I get a large cup of water full of ice then? They gave me a cup of water without a single piece of ice. Tldr; you lost between 50-100$ a week plus tips just because you refused to give me some Ice I will never...
