I called for one platter of sushi and asked what kind of bubble tea they sold.
Despite of the staff being so fluent in English, they managed to give garbage customer service.
She ranted, and ranted about how there were too many types. I asked if she had strawberry, and she again said that there were so many types to choose from, to make the choice in person.
I asked her why does she have to make a simple question so complicated. I asked her to just give me three options to choose from, and impossible… ranting, didn’t bother to answer simple questions. She could not be bothered.
My francophone partner called and asked for a sushi plater and she ranted, and ranted, saying specific types of sushi, as if everyone knows what type they sell. All we wanted was a 15 piece of vegetarian sushi.
I stept in and asked why does she have to make everything so difficult? I told her I was physically ill and unable to go in person, why can’t she just take the order and answer if they have specific types of bubble tea. She then asked me to stop yelling, so I told her I’d put up a review.
When reading the reviews, I noticed the same type of complaints about the bad customer service and issues calling in orders.

Les morceaux étaient tellement petits, ils étaient plus petits que la grosseur habituelle des hosomakis que j'achète dans d'autres restaurants. De plus, le goût étaient vraiment ordinaire. Une chose est certaine, j'en ai pas eu pour mon argent et je ne me suis pas du tout regalé, bien au contraire, je les ai terminés parce que j'avais faim.
