The staff were friendly and the decor had a cool aesthetic. The cafe definitely stands out with a unique vibe that sets it apart from the usual franchise spots. I gave this two stars because the service was fine.

I ordered a hot matcha latte, and unfortunately, it was the worst I’ve ever had. You can tell by the color. The matcha used was clearly very low quality—kept in a clear container exposed to light, which degrades its flavor and freshness. The drink was steamed far too hot, which not only ruins the delicate nature of matcha but also poses a safety concern. There were alot of clumps of undissolved matcha at the bottom of the cup, which should never happen if it was well made with quality matcha. On top of that, the cup wasn’t filled anywhere near the top, making it poor value for the price.

Honestly, even Starbucks does a better job—and that says a lot, considering their matcha isn’t good to begin with.

Went for a cake decorating class. WHAT A JOKE! Here’s a stale dry cake, decorate it! Wow, the cake sucked the icing was like eating pure butter! She didn’t “teach” us anything regular home cook wouldn’t know. RIPPED OFF. When I privately messaged the owner and told her I was disappointed and felt ripped off due to terrible tasting cake and I DIDNT LEARN ANYTHING, she wrote back and basically told me too bad, she can’t please everyone. I just wanted to tell her that it wasn’t a CLASS, it was a social event she profited from. The cake was terrible and she has no problem taking your money for a service, she, in my mind didn’t provide. I’m never going back. If all her baked goods are like the cake, FORGET IT! For the $60 I would have been better off taking an online course and buying a LA ROCCA cake! Everything was AMAZING!! The cake, food and desserts were so much more than we could have dreamed.

The sandwiches were delicious and all of our guests were raving about them for days. Everything was displayed beautifully and the guests said the display was almost too perfect to touch, but ultimately everyone dug in and enjoyed the veggies, fruits, tarts, cupcakes, salads and beautifully wrapped artisan sandwiches. We ordered the falafel wrap, pork cubano, beef and swiss, roast turkey kaiser, caprese roll and chicken baguette.

Our cake was so perfectly done, and was delicious without being too sweet.
