We rarely eat out these days. But we ordered through skip. 3 burgers, 3 shakes, 1 Cajun fry, 1 regular fry, 3 bottled pops. $65.59 was the total on skip before any skip related charges. What was delivered to us had a receipt attached that somewhat matched what we ordered but it was missing items and there were changes to our shake toppings in comparison to what we ordered on skip according to the receipt on skip. The receipt on our delivered bag had a total of $56.20. So strange. So we were missing 2 pops, the Cajun fry, and the shake toppings were wrong. However the 3 burgers were fine. Wouldāve been nice hotter but thatās what you get with any delivery. The regular fries that we did receive were cold. Although we did get the classic dump of fries in the bottom of the bag which was cool. And the shakes were melting and the whipped cream added (that we didnāt order) just mixed all through the melted shake and wasnāt good. Disappointing at almost $6 a shake. And yeah only got 1 of 3 drinks.
Itās just weird because whatever they rang up on the till on their end is exactly what we received. It just wasnāt what we selected on skip the dishes. But it didnāt seem like it was the wrong order handed to the delivery guy because it was close to the right order. The burgers were spot on. I assumed that skip order transferred over to the restaurant automatically and the restaurant staff did not have to ring in the order. For some reason they did and it resulted in errors.
I tried phoning Five Guys directly 3 times but no one answered. I did get a refund for everything that was incorrect through skip the dishes but Iām still frustrated. Dinner was ruined. Canāt enjoy the one burger that arrived correctly when everything is wrong.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreWe took family for lunch, ordered large order 5 burgers with fries drinks full meal deal. Which was not cheap. We met another family who intended on meeting us there. They ordered burgers and drinks and a small fries for there little boy.
They forgot the little boy's fries so I went up to get the small fries the lady gave the smallest fries I have Ever witnessed ANYWHERE and as she was filling the fry container even shook some fries out of the container back into the tray making it less.
This blew my mind out of the water when other times you order fries and they give extra.
She was the ultimate french fry counter per container I have ever seen.
Our combined meals were in excess of $110.00 and she wants to screw around with 50 cents of french fries.
I will say this Never again will I want to go back when there is so much compition and a new Wayback burger down the street. And others on the blocks.
Improper staff conduct looses business. The french fries were less then any...

I came back to edit my review because the amount of fries they give you is far less. Also, they use processed cheese on their burgers. I just wish they use real cheddar cheese as this is far superior in taste compared to processed cheese. I used to not mind the cheese that Five Guys uses but my preference has recently changed. I don't think I can go back to processed cheese on my burgers. I'm not against processed cheese in general but I much prefer real cheddar on my burgers now. I took off a star each for the reduced amount of fries and my change in preference for the type of cheese on my burger.
I initially gave it 5-stars because of the value you get for your dollar but that has since changed. For me, I give food 5-stars for either great value and/or great quality. In this case, the value has become less and now the lack of quality...
